Model United Nations plays in developing essential life skills

This week’s MUN Conference highlighted the vital role that the Model United Nations plays in developing essential life skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, diplomacy and global awareness. Designed specifically for our Shell and Remove pupils, the Conference provided a supportive introduction to international debate and negotiation, encouraging every delegate to step out of their comfort zone and grow in confidence.

With expert guidance from our experienced Chairs and time to prepare and reflect, all pupils had the opportunity to engage meaningfully with complex global issues. MUN continues to be a powerful platform for cultivating future leaders and we are incredibly proud of all those who took part.

We now look ahead to our final MUN event of the term, inspired by the passion and potential shown throughout this week’s Conference.
