The idea that humanity is one family is supported by genetics, the Bible, and other beliefs.

Vasudha iva Kutumbakam
바수드하 이바 쿠툼바캄
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (Sanskrit: वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्) is a Sanskrit phrase found in Hindu texts such as the Maha Upanishad, meaning, "the world is one family".
The phrase Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (Sanskrit: वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्) consists of: Vasudha(transl. 'world'); Eva (transl. 'Is Thus'); and Kutumbakam (transl. 'Family').
The world is one family.
The opinions you have provided are true, perfectly true. This is what I often think: is world peace feasible(or possible) in reality? As you have said, the world is full of burglars, rapists and dirty politicians. Then there are people who are miserable and literally “shit”. And then there are nihilist who assert life is idiotic and meaningless.
Ok,so the world is not one family, everyone is bad. Then why live, right? Why think about the welfare of the good ones? Why not pass on badness?
if the world was soooo bad, then we wouldnt exist. It would be so peaceful.
Shame on you on asserting that the world is not one family.

Hey, I like how you used an image file to get around Quora’s word-count limit in question details.
And I do agree that humanity is one single family. I have a lyric in one of my songs that says:
You’ve opened my eyes to humanity
We are all things in one life
I see that as true on both the individual and collective levels.
We are all, literally, blood relatives.
There is only one race . . . the human race.
When you look at the state of humanity — now and throughout history — it might not seem that way. But, really, families are often dysfunctional too.
I don’t agree, while it’s true that DNA shows relationship and type of species, i think that a person themselves need to decide whether they belong to something or not.
For instances there are children who get completely beaten, neglected or even abandoned by their parents, so even though you are related by blood, they might not mean anything to you. Lately the government came up with the idea of the ‘participation society’ , to sort of force you to do the dirty work of the government for them, in their view participate meant, doing all the nursery and taking care of others that otherwise the government needs to pay for or is obliged to take care off. I by no means feel i’m part of society in that sense, or will participate with that dirty scheme of them.
And there are people who like to isolate themselves, part of society or humanity? not or barely so.
In the end i think you are only part of something if your heart is part of that something.
