Year 2 Exit Point - The Magic Toy Maker  매직 토이 메이커

The children were thrilled to welcome their parents into the classroom to share what they had been learning about different types of toys and their history. With great enthusiasm, they followed instructions to teach their parents how to make a cup-and-ball toy, a climbing robot, and a Jack-in-the-box. Some children even challenged their parents to see how many times they could catch the ball in the cup!

The fun continued as the children showed their parents how to play traditional games such as hopscotch, leapfrog, and tug of war, quickly turning the afternoon into a friendly and competitive affair between children and adults alike.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session, and it was wonderful to see families fully engaged, learning and playing together with no technology in sight! It was a fantastic and meaningful way to celebrate the children’s learning.

아이들은 다양한 종류의 장난감과 자신의 역사에 대해 배우고 있는 내용을 공유하기 위해 부모님을 교실로 맞이하게 되어 매우 기뻤습니다. 큰 열정을 가지고 부모님께 컵 앤 볼 장난감, 클라이밍 로봇, 잭 인 더 박스 만드는 법을 가르치는 지침을 따랐습니다. 심지어 어떤 아이들은 컵에서 공을 몇 번이나 잡을 수 있는지 알아보기 위해 부모님께 도전장을 내밀기도 했습니다!
아이들이 부모님께 홉스콧, 도약, 줄다리기와 같은 전통 놀이를 하는 방법을 보여주면서 재미는 계속되었고, 오후는 순식간에 아이들과 어른들 간의 친근하고 경쟁적인 시간으로 바뀌었습니다.
모두가 세션을 완전히 즐겼고, 기술이 전혀 보이지 않는 상황에서 가족들이 완전히 참여하고, 배우고, 함께 노는 모습을 볼 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다! 아이들의 배움을 축하하는 환상적이고 의미 있는 방법이었습니다.
