SUBJECT                      :   OFFER TO SELL NICKEL  LATERITE  LOW GRADE AND  HIGH  GRADE

Dear  SIR ,

RED DIADEM (Agri-Mine) Multi-Purpose Cooperative, a government recognized mining operator with offices located at Bldg 3, Unit 410 One Oasis Condominium, Ecoland Ave., Davao City, Philippines is offering to sell our product namely NICKLE LATERITE in large volumes to your company. Listed below are the product description as well as the terms and conditions for your review.

1. Before Inspection of Mine site please prepare the LOI or Purchase Order Letter with your company name and Logo.
2. For Site inspection with the following conditions:

a.       Limit of persons from the Buyer (Authorized representative and ore grade analyzer) shall enter the mine site. No picture taking of the area.

3. Payment terms 100% Confirmed Irrevocable Letter Of Credit @ sight is acceptable. 

4.       The BUYER shall bring in the vessel and shall shoulder the ocean freight.

5.       The SELLER shall shoulder the productions, hauling  and loading of materials to the vessel (Mine site to vessel), OTP and MOEP /BL.

6. After the release of BL/ C.O. to the Buyer, the full payment shall be given to Seller.
7. That after removing the ship/vessel from the port of origin, the Buyer shall shoulder all the obligations of the cargo.

Should the above stipulations be acceptable to you, please confirm‎ your acceptance of this OFFER TO SELL within 1 week from receipt of this email message to enable us to lock-in the volume of Nickel Laterite for you and discuss further details.
