people(주어)<from certain backgrounds (수식어구)> do not feel(동사)입니다. 따라서 (확실한 background를 가진)people don't feel comfortablel 이됩니다.. 1번 say는 that절은 목적어로 취하죠.. she said that~처럼, 2번과 3번은 talk about~, speak of가 해석상 맞겠죠.
