출애굽기21장 말씀입니다.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

하나님의 사람들이 영적으로 회복되기 위해서는 올바른 성경말씀을 읽어야 하기에 창세기부터 말씀을 올립니다.

물론 이 성경 말씀들도 아직은 부족하지만 부족한대로 하나님의 성령께서 자신이 말씀하신 말씀들을 올바르게

이해시켜주시기를 성령님께 간구 드립니다. 이 말씀들을 읽으시는 동안 성령께서 인도해주시기를 바랍니다.

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 출애굽기21장

1. 이제 네가 그들 앞에 세울 판단의 법도들은 이러하니라.

Now these [are] the judgments which thou shalt set before them.

2. 네가 히브리 사람 종을 사면 그는 여섯 해 동안 섬길 것이요, 일곱째 해에는 거저 나가 자유로운 몸이 될 것이며

If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.

3. 만일 그가 혼자 왔으면 혼자 나갈 것이요, 장가들었으면 그의 아내도 그와 함께 나갈 것이니라.

If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him. 

4. 만일 그의 주인이 그에게 아내를 주어 그녀가 그에게 아들이나 딸을 낳았으면 그 아내와 그녀의 자녀들은 그녀의

    주인에게 속할 것이요, 그는 혼자 나갈 것이로되

If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her masters, and he shall go out by himself.

5. 종이 분명히 말하기를, 내가 내 주인과 내 아내와 내 자녀들을 사랑하니 나가서 자유로운 몸이 되지 아니하겠노라,

    하면

And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free: 

6. 그의 주인이 그를 데리고 재판관들에게로 갈 것이요, 또 그를 문이나 문기둥으로 데리고 가서 그의 주인이 송곳으로

    그의 귀를 뚫으리니 그가 영원토록 그를 섬기리라.

Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.

7. 사람이 자기 딸을 여종으로 팔았으면 그녀는 남종들같이 나가지 못할지니라.

And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.

8. 만일 그녀가 자기와 정혼한 자기 주인을 기쁘게 하지 못하면 그가 그녀의 몸을 속량하게 할 것이로되 그가 그 여인을

    속였으므로 그녀를 다른 민족에게 팔 권한이 그에게 없느니라.

If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her. 

9. 만일 그가 그녀를 자기 아들과 정혼시켰으면 딸들의 관례대로 그녀를 대할 것이요,

And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.

10. 만일 그가 다른 아내를 취해도 그녀의 음식과 의복과 결혼의 의무는 줄이지 못할 것이며

If he take him another [wife]; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.

11. 그가 그녀에게 이 세 가지를 행하지 아니하면 그녀가 돈을 내지 않고 나가 자유로운 몸이 될 것이니라.

And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.

12. 사람을 쳐서 죽게 한 자는 반드시 죽일지니라.

He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death.

13. 만일 사람이 숨어서 기다리지 않고 [하나님]께서 그를 그 사람의 손에 넘겨주면 내가 네게 한 곳을 정하여 주리니

      그는 거기로 도망할 것이니라.

And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver [him] into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.

14. 그러나 사람이 고의로 자기 이웃에게 와서 교활하게 그를 죽이면 너는 그를 내 제단에서라도 끌어내어 죽일지니라.

But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.

15. 자기 아버지나 어머니를 치는 자는 반드시 죽일지니라.

And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.

16. 사람을 훔쳐서 팔거나 자기 손에 둔 자는 반드시 죽일지니라.

And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.

17. 자기 아버지나 어머니를 저주하는 자는 반드시 죽일지니라.

And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death. 

18. 사람들이 함께 싸우다가 한 사람이 돌이나 주먹으로 다른 사람을 쳤으나 그가 죽지 않고 자기의 침상을 지키다가

And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with [his] fist, and he die not, but keepeth [his] bed: 

19. 다시 일어나 지팡이를 짚고 걸어 다니면 그를 친 자가 형벌은 면하되 그의 시간의 손실을 배상하고 그가 완전히

      낫게 할지니라.

If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote [him] be quit: only he shall pay [for] the loss of his time, and shall cause [him] to be thoroughly healed. 

20. 사람이 자기 남종이나 여종을 막대기로 쳐서 자기 손 밑에서 죽게 하면 반드시 형벌을 받으려니와

And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished. 

21. 그럼에도 불구하고 그가 하루나 이틀을 살아 있으면 형벌을 면하리니 이는 그 종이 그 사람의 돈이기 때문이니라.

Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he [is] his money.

22. 사람들이 싸우다가 아이를 밴 여인을 다치게 하여 그녀의 열매가 그녀에게서 나왔는데 다른 손해가 없으면 그는

      그 여인의 남편이 요구하는 대로 반드시 형벌을 받되 재판관들이 결정하는 대로 지불할지니라.

If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart [from her], and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the womans husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges [determine].

23. 그러나 어떤 손해가 뒤따르면 너는 생명은 생명으로,

And if [any] mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,

24. 눈은 눈으로, 이는 이로, 손은 손으로, 발은 발로,

Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,

25. 화상은 화상으로, 상처는 상처로, 매는 매로 갚을지니라.

Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.

26. 사람이 자기 남종의 눈이나 여종의 눈을 쳐서 멀게 하면 그의 눈으로 인하여 그를 놓아 자유로이 가게 할 것이며

And if a man smite the eye of his servant, or the eye of his maid, that it perish; he shall let him go free for his eyes sake.

27. 자기 남종의 이나 여종의 이를 치면 그의 이로 인하여 그를 놓아 자유로이 가게 할지니라.

And if he smite out his manservants tooth, or his maidservants tooth; he shall let him go free for his tooths sake.

28. 소가 남자나 여자를 받아서 그들이 죽으면 그 소는 반드시 돌로 쳐서 죽일 것이요, 그것의 고기는 먹지 말 것이며

      그 소의 주인은 형벌을 면하려니와

If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox [shall be] quit.

29. 그 소가 전에도 뿔로 받는 버릇이 있었고 그 사실이 그것의 주인에게 입증되었음에도 불구하고 그가 그 소를 가두지

      아니하므로 그것이 남자나 여자를 죽이면 그 소는 돌로 쳐서 죽이고 그것의 주인도 죽일지니라.

But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.

30. 그에게 일정액의 돈을 부과하면 그는 자기에게 무엇이 부과되든지 자기 생명의 대속물로 주어야 할지니라.

If there be laid on him a sum of money, then he shall give for the ransom of his life whatsoever is laid upon him.

31. 그 소가 아들을 받았든지 딸을 받았든지 이 법도에 따라 그 주인에게 행할 것이며

Whether he have gored a son, or have gored a daughter, according to this judgment shall it be done unto him.

32. 만일 소가 남종이나 여종을 받으면 그 주인이 은 삼십 세겔을 그들의 주인에게 줄 것이요, 소는 돌로 쳐서 죽일지니라.

If the ox shall push a manservant or a maidservant; he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.

33. 사람이 구덩이를 열어 두거나 구덩이를 파고 덮지 아니하므로 소나 나귀가 그 안에 빠지면

And if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and an ox or an ass fall therein;

34. 그 구덩이 주인이 배상하여 그것들의 주인에게 돈을 줄 것이요, 죽은 짐승은 그의 것이 될지니라.

The owner of the pit shall make [it] good, [and] give money unto the owner of them; and the dead [beast] shall be his.

35. 어떤 사람의 소가 다른 사람의 소를 다치게 하여 죽게 하면 그들이 살아 있는 소를 팔아 그 돈을 나누고 죽은 소도

       나누려니와

And if one mans ox hurt anothers, that he die; then they shall sell the live ox, and divide the money of it; and the dead [ox] also they shall divide.

36. 그 소가 전에도 받는 버릇이 있는 줄을 알고도 그것의 주인이 그것을 가두지 아니하였으면 그는 소로 소를 갚을

      것이요, 죽은 것은 그의 소유가 될지니라.

Or if it be known that the ox hath used to push in time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for ox; and the dead shall be his own.
