Some people think zoo has useful purpose because they can see animals and people can care the animals. But some other people think zoo has no useful purpose because animals are want freedom

and nature. I think zoo has no useful purpose. Of course, we can see many animals in the zoo. We can see bear, tiger, snake, monkey, elephant etc. If there’s no zoo, we can’t see animals easily. If we want to see elephant, we must go to Africa. Also people can care the animals from dangers, so animals are safe. That is advantages. But I disagree because animals really want freedom. However, animals live in the cage and they want to go out and live in the nature without people’s control. We don’t have to lock animals in the zoo because of people’s greed. They should find their house in nature own. So I think zoo has no useful purpose.

Hello Candy! There are advantages of having a zoo. It is beneficial in many ways. It gives people an opportunity to appreciate animals. It provides students a place for learning about animals. Seeing live animals in zoos teaches students more than seeing pictures of animals in their textbooks. It even inspires some people to protect these animals and prevent them from extinction. But animals do not belong to cages as what you had said. Wild animals belong to the jungle, forest and they have rights to be freed.
