Congratulations to our young aspiring Picasso’s!

Twenty of our English students, aged between 9 to 17, took part in the British Council’s 2026 Global Art Competition. The theme of the annual art competition was imagining new relationships between Earth, space, art, and humanity and the students dreamt up their version of space which incorporated an element of Malaysian culture or traditions. The winning drawings have been submitted for the global leg and the winner will have their drawing sent to the International Space Station.

Fingers crossed that our young artists' creativity reaches new heights and even higher orbits!

9세에서 17세 사이의 영어 학생 20명이 브리티시 카운슬의 2026년 글로벌 미술 대회에 참가했습니다. 매년 열리는 미술 대회의 주제는 지구, 우주, 예술, 그리고 인류 사이의 새로운 관계를 상상하는 것이었으며, 학생들은 말레이시아의 문화나 전통 요소를 담은 자신들만의 우주를 구상했습니다. 네 명의 수상자가 주제를 창의적으로 해석한 모습으로 포즈를 취한 사진을 보려면 스와이프하세요.
