Let’s live joyfully while we’re alive.
When a person dies, they inevitably return to a handful of earth.
One might be laid to rest in an elaborate tomb, left abandoned amidst nameless weeds,
or reduced to a handful of ashes and scattered by the wind.
Concepts such as "Paradise" or "Heaven" are merely ideal realms that
exist solely within the human imagination while one is still alive.
While it is said that God created human beings, it was actually humans who created God.
By nature, human beings are so frail that they invented gods and religions to lean on
—only to end up trapped within the very categories they themselves created. In short,
human existence begins as "human" and ends as "human."
Life arrives from the beyond, uninvited, and departs from this world,
unbidden. We, too, shall leave just as we arrived. Since this is a natural law
that no one can defy, what room is there for lamentation?
While you are alive, enjoy your life and live happily!
