Year 5 PSHE - St John Ambulance Visit

Year 5 were delighted to welcome St John Ambulance Malaysia as part of their PSHE unit, Healthy Me. Pupils learned about accident prevention and how to manage common injuries before practising essential first aid skills, including basic bandaging techniques, the recovery position, CPR and how to use an AED. The highlight of the visit was an exciting tour of the ambulance, which brought their learning to life and helped them understand the vital role first responders play in our community.

5학년 학생들은 세인트 존 앰뷸런스 말레이시아를 PSHE 부서인 Healthy Me의 일원으로 맞이하게 되어 기뻤습니다. 학생들은 기본적인 붕대 기술, 회복 위치, 심폐소생술 및 AED 사용법을 포함한 필수 응급처치 기술을 연습하기 전에 사고 예방과 일반 부상 관리 방법에 대해 배웠습니다. 방문의 하이라이트는 앰뷸런스를 신나게 둘러보는 것으로, 그들의 학습을 생생하게 전달하고 응급 구조대원들이 우리 지역 사회에서 얼마나 중요한 역할을 하는지 이해하는 데 도움이 되었습니다.
