This Pi Day at Straits felt different—in all the best ways.

During our last Pi Day, we took maths off the whiteboard and brought it into the heartbeat of the school. Laughter echoed as students sprinted, danced, and solved together—merging numbers with movement in ways that made learning stick.

Whether it was strategising during a round of Polo Maths or counting beats in a numbers dance, our students weren’t just doing maths—they were living it.

They discovered that maths can move, challenge, and even surprise you.

And through every point earned and every step taken, something else was growing too—confidence.

This is what Amazing Learning looks like. This is where curious, confident minds grow.

지난 파이 데이에는 화이트보드에서 수학을 꺼내 학교의 심장 박동에 불어넣었습니다. 학생들이 함께 전력 질주하고, 춤을 추고, 풀이하는 동안 웃음이 울려 퍼졌습니다. 숫자와 움직임이 결합되어 학습이 고착화되는 방식으로 이루어졌습니다.
폴로 수학 라운드에서 전략을 세우든, 숫자 춤에서 박자를 세든, 우리 학생들은 단순히 수학을 하는 것이 아니라 수학을 하며 살아가고 있었습니다.
그들은 수학이 움직이고, 도전하고, 심지어 당신을 놀라게 할 수 있다는 것을 발견했습니다.
그리고 얻은 모든 포인트와 모든 걸음마다 자신감이라는 또 다른 무언가가 커지고 있었습니다.
