Greetings, beloveds. This is a continuation from Part 7. We are the Founders.
안녕하셔요.. 사랑하는 여러분.. 파트 7에서 연속입니다. 파운더들입니다...

We feel it important to add an explanation here regarding the veils and levels of distortion existing on and above your world during the transition from Lemuria to Atlantis. Both the Alpha Draconians and the Orions had fleets of ships orbiting the Earth during this period. These ships were largely in fourth density. The two groups had a loose alliance based on trading of technology in exchange for keeping hostilities at bay.

우리가 보기엔 여기에서 레무리아에서 아틀란티스로의 이전기간 동안에 여러분의 세상에서, 그리고 그 위에서 존재하던 왜곡의 베일들과 수준들에 관련하여 하나의 설명을 추가하는 것이 중요한 것으로 보입니다.. 알파 드라코니스들과 오리온들은 이 기간에 지구의 주위를 도는 선단(船團)들이 있었습니다.. 이 우주선들은 대체적으로 보아서 제 4밀도였는데요.. 이 두 그룹은 적대감을 유보(留保)하는 댓가로 기술을 거래하는 데에 근거하는 느슨한 동맹을 하고 있었지요..

>One of the technologies they had developed was a high-intensity electromagnetic beam capable of disrupting the etheric fields around the Earth. In order to keep their enemies from coming to Earth, they created a force field using this technology. This field not only kept incoming ET groups at bay, but it created a distortion in the Akashic fields surrounding the Earth. Although the main library of Akasha does not have a location in time and space, this area above Earth’s atmosphere constituted a portal into the Akashic. This is one of the reasons retrieving information during this time period has been so difficult.

Because the vibratory level of humans had dropped so significantly, Earth was no longer considered a safe and desirable place on which to settle peaceful, loving groups. To prevent the Orions and Draconians from corrupting astral and etheric civilizations on neighboring worlds, a force field was put into place by the seventh density Pleideans to keep Earth’s business confined to Earth. This veil was not lifted until approximately 1987 A.D., the time known as Harmonic Convergence.

여기에서 고려해야 할 또 하나의 중요한 요소와 인간계의 책들 속에 적혀있는 요소하나는 레무리아가 파괴된 뒤에 작동하게 된 qurantine이었는데요.. 인간들의 진동수준이 너무나 많이 떨어져버리다 보니까, 지구는 평화를 좋아하고 사랑을 아는 그룹들에게는 더 이상 정주하기에 안전하고 욕망스런 장소가 아닌 것으로 간주되었습니다.. 오리온들과 드라코니언들이 이웃한 세계들의 아스트랄, 에테르 문명들을 손상하는 것을 예방하기 위하여, 지구의 일은 지구에 국한 시키기 위하여, 제 7밀도의 플레야데스인들에 의하여 하나의 힘의 필드가 설치되었던 것이죠.. 이 베일은 대략적으로 1987년 경까지는 제거되지 않고 있었습니다.. 소위 하모닉 컨버젼스때까지는 말이죠...

>Once Earth's instability settled down after the destruction of Lemuria, the Draconians landed and attempted to proliferate, but had a hard time in their reptilian bodies. They then resorted to incarnating through the surviving Lemurians on a relatively stable land mass in what is now the Atlantic Ocean. At the same time, groups of Pleiadeans saw the opportunity to once again settle the Earth and they came as well, despite the quanrantine. The Councils of Rigel and Betelguese from Orion also came, and they found the atmosphere of Earth nearly ideal for rapid proliferation. The DNA of the survivors was now primarily Orion, with some Sirian, Andromedan and Draconian energy as well. As the new civilization began to emerge, the Pleiadean, Orion and Draconian DNA began to mutate, and the new beings became more scientific and intellectual in their evolution. Thus began the first period of Atlantis. These humans still had the reptilian brain, but their cerebral cortex also contained elements of higher Pleiadean virtues and understanding.

일단 지구의 불안정상태가, 레무리아의 파괴 이후에 진정되자, 드라코니언들은 착륙을 해서 번식을 할려고 시도했습니다만, 그러나 그들의 파충류몸 속에서 어려움을 겪었습니다. 이들은 그러자, 지금 대서양인 곳의 안에 있던 상대적으로 안정된 지역에서 생존한 레무리안들을 통하여 화신하는 방법에 의존하였습니다.. 동시에 플레야데스사람드의 그룹들은 다시한번 지구에 정착을 할 기회를 노려보고 있다가 전술한 qurantine에도 불구하고 그들도 왔습니다.. 오리온에서 온 리글과 베텔구이즈 평의회들도 와서보고는 지구의 대기가 빠른 번식을 위해서는 거의 최적상태라고 하는 것을 확인했지요.. 생존자들의 디 엔에이는 당시 주로 오리온의 것이었으며 시리우스인들과 안드로메다인들의 것, 그리고 드라코니언에너지도 조금씩 있었습니다.. 새로운 문명이 등장하기 시작하면서, 플레야데스와 오리온, 그리고 드라코니언의 디 엔에이가 돌연변이를 일으키기 시작하였고 그 결과 새로운 존재들은 그들의 진화에 있어서 더욱 과학적이고 지성적이게 되었습니다.. 그래서 아틀란티스의 제 1기가 시작되었습니다.. 이러한 인간들은 아직도 파충류 뇌를 가지고 있었지만 그러나 그들의 대뇌피질은 플레야데스인들의 고차적인 덕성과 이해력의 요소들도 가지고 있었습니다..

The higher Pleiadean mind combined with the passion of the Orions and the competition of the Draconians resulted in a structured world of machines and great architecture. Michael and his legions, having been humbled by their mistakes of times past, once again tried to influence the more evolved souls of Atlantis. The Councils of Rigel, having backed off during Earth's instability, once again took an interest in what was happening. In addition to the large numbers of their people incarnating into human form, they maintained a presence in spacecraft above the Atlantean continent. Obviously the quarantine had not worked, and once again Earth was a magnet for all sorts of savory and unsavory characters.

지금 존재하고 있는 것과 매우 닮은 하나의 문명이 발달하기 시작하였습니다.. 온갖 종류의 기술발전과 더불어서 말이죠..
고차원적인 플레야데스 마음이 오리온들의 열정과 결합하고 드라코니언들의 경쟁이 추가되어서, 기술들과 거대한 건축물들로 이루어진 하나의 구조화된 세계가 결과되었습니다..
미카엘과 그의 군단은 지난 시대의 자신들의 실수들로 인하여 겸손해져서, 다시 한 번 아틀란티스에 사는 보다 진화한영혼들에게 영향을 미치려고 시도하였죠..
리글평의회들은 지구가 불안정한 기간 동안에는 물러나 있다가, 다시금 발생하는 일에 관하여 관심을 보이기 시작하였습니다.. 인간의 형태 속으로 화신하는 다수의 그들 사람들에 추가하여 그들은 아틀란티스 대륙의 상공의 우주선 속에서 하나의 주둔팀을 유지하였습니다.. 명백하게도 quarantine은 작동을 하지 않은 셈이 되었고, 다시 한 번 지구는 온갖 종류의 좋고나쁜 캐릭터들을 끌어들이는 자석이 되었습니다..

아틀란티스의 제 1기는  서기 전 5만 년 전쯤의 대공전주기의 끝무렵에 부분적인 정지상태에 이르렀는데, 하지만 문명은 다시 재건되었고, 아틀란티스의 마지막 기간이 시작되었습니다.. 아틀란티스에 관련해서는 여러분의 채널된 글들에 꽤나 정확한 정보가 많이 있습니다.. 가령 앨리스 베일리의 작품들이나 에드가 케이시의 것들이죠... 그러니 우리가 그런 수고를 거듭할 필요는 없고요... 그 대신에 두 번째의 아틀란티시의 쇠퇴가 발생한 시점이 대략 2만 3천 년 B.C였다는 점만 말하겠습니다.. 그리고 그 원인은 크리스탈 에너지의 발생체계들을 오용한 결과라는 점도 알려드리죠.. 이런 일이 어떻게 발생했는 지에 관해서 간략하게 설명하지요..

이집트로도 갔던 것입니다....

This channel has discovered that nearly all of the people he works with in past life remembrance and healing sessions had an integral part in the downfall of Atlantis. We, the Founders, remained largely in observation mode as usual during this period. It was our perception that what really destroyed Atlantis was an imbalance between the head and the heart. The scientifically-oriented hybrids of the Atlantean period had once again suppressed their emotions in a manner similar to the Luciferians, and in so doing, most Atlanteans lost their ability to discern between energies that were supportive of spiritual growth and those that merely led to the accumulation of physical, astral and etheric power.

지금 이 채널러가 발견해보니 그가 전생퇴행과 치유..코스에서 더불어 작업하는 거의 모든 사람들이 하나의 중요한 부분을 아틀란티스의 멸망에 두고 있음을 확인했습니다.. 우리 파운더들은 이 시기에도 평소처럼, 대부분 관찰자 모드로 있었습니다.. 우리의 인식으로는, 진정으로 아틀란티스를 파괴한 것은, 머리와 가슴 사이의 불균형이었죠.. 아틀란티스 시대의 과학지향의 잡종들은 다시한번, 그들의 감정들을 루시퍼주의자들과 비슷허게 억압을 하였었고, 그렇게 함에 있어서 대부분의 아틀란티스 사람들은, 영적성장을 도와주는 에너지들과 그저 물리적이고 아스트랄적, 에테르적인 힘의 축적으로 이끌어줄 뿐인 에너지들의 둘을 분간하는 능력을 상실하여 버렸던 것이죠...

Had the inhabitants of Atlantis been balanced in their emotional and mental bodies, they would have seen what was happening and been able to take steps to prevent it. We see a similar scenario being played out in your modern world today. We will say that you are very close to where you were at the time of the destruction of Atlantis. However, there are two important differences. The Divine Dispensation is allowing a large number of souls to awaken to higher states of consciousness today, and there are many benevolent ET groups that are closely monitoring the state of affairs on your world and will act in an instant to prevent large-scale nuclear war. In addition, these groups have sophisticated technologies that can detect exotic and unusual weapons before they are tested.

만약에 아틀란티스 사람들이 그 감정체들과 멘탈체들에 있어서 균형이 잡혀 있었더라면 그들은 아마도 당시에 진행되는 상황을 보고서, 이를 예방하기 위하여 조치들을 취할 수 있었을 것입니다.. 우리는 지금 당신들의 현대세계에서도 유사한 씨나리오가 작동하고 있는 것을 봅니다.. 말하자면, 지금 인간들은 아틀란티스가 멸망하던 시대에 인간들이 처해있던 시대와 매우 닮아있다고 말하고 싶군요.. 그러나, 양자간에는 두 가지의 커다란 차이가 있는데요... 지금은 신성한 섭리The Divine Dispensation가 다수의 영혼들에게 고차적인 의식상태로 각성하는 일을 허용하고 있으며, 또한 인간세상에서의 일들을 가까이서 모니터링하는 호의적인 외계그룹들이 많아서 대규모의 핵전쟁이 발생하지 않도록 예방을 하도록 즉각 행동할 것이라는 점입니다...
게다가, 이 그룹들은 exotic하고 흔치 않은 무기들이 실험되기 이전에 이런 것을 추적할 수 있는 정교한 기술들을 가지고 있다는 것이죠...
