In view of the quotation now ruling in the market, it seems that your prices are a little too high. Competition in this line is keen, as our regular suppliers are offering somewhat lower prices.

13. Claim 처리
Gentlemen :
We regret to learn from your letter of October 13, complaining that 100 sets of your shipment arrived in a badly damaged condition.
But as our goods were packed with the best possible attention, it is a possible conclusion that the damaged sets have been stored or handled carelessly in transit.
Here is our comment on the shipment.
First, the goods passed severe inspection as you see in the certificates sent with the shipping documents.
Secondly, the cargo was loaded on a fine day in perfect order as you see from the clean B/L.
Moreover, the goods have been insured against ICC(A) including WAR &SRCC.
We suggest that you file your claim with the insurance company. And to put the matter right, we have shipped replacement for the defective goods and ask you to return them to us at our expense for us to examine.
Although there was no fault on our part, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you have suffered and will spare no effort to help you in pushing your claim.
We really thank you for giving us a chance to reassure you about our service and will be careful so that no such error may occur again.
