These days, many students are going abroad to study in other countries. Usually For study English, music, art and cooking etc. Because they want to be globally famous people.  (They want to be famous globally.)

You can learn more new knowledge and big lessons in other countries to achieve your dream. It is good experience to your life and very helpful. So, many students go abroad for good education. That is why it is needed depends on the situation. (That is why it depends on the situation if it is needed.)

I think it is necessary. You can study in Korea also, but study in other country is more good to rich (reach) your life goals and (to have a) really valuable experience. If you have a chance to study in abroad, just try! I think it will be cool. I am also hope to try to study English in Philippines.

         Good day Candy! I do agree about your ideas. There are many advantages in studying abroad. Students can learn English in an English-speaking environment but they can also experience a different culture. Once they become fluent in English, other opportunities open up. However, studying abroad can lead to culture shock. Students should learn to adjust with their new environment.
