업무내용
*Main purpose: Executive support and overall support for Office Administration
The Executive and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing executive secretarial support to President & CEO and other executives as Executive Assistant reporting to President & CEO and performing various administrative duties reporting to Admin Manger for overall office administration including office operation, general affairs, facilities, supplies, documentation and reporting as Admin Assistant . The position is responsible for fulfilling administrative requirements in the following areas in a timely and efficient manner under local and/or corporate guidelines.
*Executive Assistant : Secretarial support for President & CEO and other Executives
- Scheduling, filing, arranging conference calls, meetings and business trips
- Preparing regular executive reports and distributing to relevant departments
- Administrative support such as expense claims for President & CEO
- Coordination with chauffeurs for President & CEO, other Executives or senior visitors
- Other types of support requested by President & CEO and the company’s executives from time to time
*Admin Assistant :
Office Administration: facilities and general administration
- Coordinate of facilities maintenance including office equipment repair and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate the purchase of company’s general supplies like appliances and business cards, etc.
- Coordinate with housekeeper and floor cleaning janitors if required
Documentation: prepare document as required
- Prepare P/R for the company general expenses managed by Office Administration, e.g. office rental & maintenance fee, etc.
- Support Admin Manager to prepare the company management disclosure and company annual report for the BOD meeting and report on company general information to local regulatory parties, etc.
Organizing & Communicating:
- Coordinate company-wide activities like employee workshop and annual dinner, etc.
- Communicate with vendors and business counterparts for the smooth running of office administration, e.g. travel agency, etc.
Overall support for Admin Manager:
- Other types of support requested by Admin Manager under the scope of supporting business
지원자격
- 4-year university degree preferably in language, business or communications.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant work areas
- Good knowledge in management support, office management and general administration
- Possess strong service mind
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Korean sufficient to support the company’s management.
- Solid knowledge required of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good communication skills with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
