While charitable acts are a wonderful way of giving back to the community our primary Student Council Leaders learnt so much from their one meeting with Rainbow Family Home Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru, a charitable non-profit organisation that provides care and support to the underserved within the Ulu Tiram area.

Pastor Caleb visited our school to share insights about his work and the residents of Rainbow Family Home. During his visit, he collected our Student Council’s RM1,000 contribution, which was raised through the profits from our recent All Hearts Day sales. This fundraising effort was made possible by the incredible support of our community, including students, parents, and staff.

Our student council members asked thoughtful questions about the impact of Rainbow Family Home, the activities of the children there, and potential areas for further collaboration. The session concluded with Ms. Elizabeth asking if our students would like to visit the home, which received a resounding "YES!"

At Tenby, we believe in meaningful projects that develop key attributes of our learner profile. Through this activity, our students have demonstrated awareness, empathy, action, communication, collaboration, and resilience.

케일럽 목사님은 자신의 업무와 레인보우 패밀리 홈 주민들에 대한 인사이트를 나누기 위해 우리 학교를 방문하셨습니다. 방문 기간 동안 그는 학생회의 RM1,000 기부금을 모았으며, 이 기부금은 최근 올하츠데이 판매 수익금을 통해 모금되었습니다. 이러한 모금 활동은 학생, 학부모, 직원 등 우리 지역사회의 놀라운 지원 덕분에 가능했습니다.
학생회 회원들은 레인보우 패밀리 홈의 영향, 그곳 아이들의 활동, 그리고 향후 협력 가능한 분야에 대해 신중한 질문을 던졌습니다. 세션은 엘리자베스 씨가 학생들이 이 집을 방문하고 싶은지 묻는 것으로 마무리되었으며, "예!"라는 극찬을 받았습니다
텐비에서는 학습자 프로필의 핵심 속성을 개발하는 의미 있는 프로젝트를 믿습니다. 이 활동을 통해 학생들은 인식, 공감, 행동, 의사소통, 협업, 회복탄력성을 입증했습니다.
