[업무내용] 선박브로커 양성을 위한 2년간 교육/업무 습득과정. 과정 수료후 시험 통과시 선박 브로커로서 본격적 업무 수행. Trainee 과정 중 선박 신조,매매, 용선,  선박 금융 등 전 분야에 걸쳐 업무 지식 습득 기회 제공. 교육 기간 중 머스크 브로커 해외 사무소 근무 기회 부여 가능.

[자격조건] 선박 브로커에 대한 열정, 기본 사전 지식 우대

영어는 필수임.


[전형절차]

2011년 3월31일까지 이력서 접수 마감. 추후 인적성 검사/내부 Test 및 면접.

2011년 8월부터 근무 예정.

Shipbroker Trainee

Maersk Broker Korea Limited are selecting candidates for our global

two-year Shipbroker Trainee Programme commencing August 2011.

The Maersk Broker Shipbroker Trainee Programme is a two-year programme

designed to provide the trainees with extensive knowledge and skills

within a minimum of two of the essential shipbroking disciplines:

Chartering

Sale & Purchase of Secondhand Tonnage

Contracting of Newbuildings

Vessel Financing and Project Broking

Maersk Broker believe that it is not knowledge in itself, but how you

apply your knowledge that creates successful people and successful

organisations. Based on this philosophy we educate shipbrokers of

tomorrow.

As shipbroker in Maersk Broker you possess the ability to conduct

yourself professionally with morale, ethics, social poise and

effectiveness which are the trademarks and spirit of our company.

On-the-job Learning

With three different job positions during the two-year trainee period,

we offer you a broad range of opportunities within different business

segments. One of the three positions will be an expatriation to a

Maersk Broker Office abroad.

Modules

Three times during the two-year programme all trainees are gathered at

the Maersk Broker headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark for modules.

These cover classroom teaching as well as field research within

negotiation and presentation techniques, cross-cultural awareness,

personal development, team building and interpersonal skills.

Lloyds Maritime Academy

The theoretical shipbroker education is developed in cooperation with

Lloyds Maritime Academy and is divided into four modules during the

two-year trainee period. Through distance learning in a web-based

forum, you will study for and take the exam within the following

fields of study:

Certificate in Shipping

Certificate in Chartering

Certificate in Newbuildings

Certificate in Sale & Purchase of Secondhand Tonnage

Requirements

The preferred candidate should hold a commercial related degree from a

recognised university. A high proficiency of English skills verbally

and in writing is required.

Additionally, a keen interest in exploring the world of international

shipping is important. We are seeking candidates who are extrovert,

entrepreneurial and capable of contributing to the team’s success in

his/her own individual way.

별로 기회가 많지 않아요...현재 마켓상황도 않좋고...그리고 저는 학부 졸업예정인데 브로커 회사들은 보통 경력직으로 많이 뽑죠! 그리고 올해부터 영국 비자법이 바뀌어서 원래 졸업후 2년 워킹비자가 나오는데 올해 4월부터 졸업후 비자가 안나온다고 알고있어여~

물론 적성검사후 인터뷰는 100% 영어로 봤져...

1. 왜 해운경영과를 선택했나? (아버지께서 해운업종에서 일하고 계신가?) (니가 다니는 대학교를 어떻게 알게 되었고 동기는?) 2. 한국에 들어가면 영국에 다시 나올생각있나? 3. 머스크 선택한 이유? 4. 브로커가 되고 싶은 이유는?등등.. 제가 해운경영을 공부하고 있어서 그런지 대학교에 포커스를 맞추어 질문을 많이 했어요~ 게임오버님 혹시 한국에서 몇명 뽑는지 알고 계신가요??
