[마루치]

본회는 원칙적으로 매주 토요일의 정기산행과 부정기 특별산행을 갖는다. 산행시 안전사고 등의 
책임 및 보상은 회원 각자에게 있다. 특히:
In principle, this association holds regular hiking and irregular special hiking
every Saturday.
Responsibilities and compensation for safety accidents while hiking are with
each member.
Especially:


가)  산행을 위하여 운행하는 차량과 관련된 모든 사고 및 부상
All accidents and injuries related to vehicles operated for hiking


*  산행지로 이동을 위하여 차량 합승 후, 이후에 일어나는 모든 사고 및 부상에 대해서는
본인 책임이며, 어떠한 경우에도 차주, 운전자, 임원. 등반대장, 에게 책임과 
보상을 요구 할 수 없으며, 다만 부상시 차량 보험 한도 내에서 치료 받을 수 있다.
You are responsible for all accidents and injuries that occur after you share
a vehicle to move to the mountain area, and in any case, you cannot claim
responsibility and compensation from the owner, driver, or executive
(chairman,climbing leader, general secretaqry, advisor, etc.)
However, in case of injury, you can receive treatment within the limits of vehicle
insurance.


나)  산행시 일어나는 모든 사고 및 부상과 관련한 보상 책임은 각 개인에게 있으며 어떤 경우에도
산행 대장. 임원 이나 GREEN(WASHINGTON) 산악회에 있지 않다.
Responsibility for compensation for all accidents and injuries that occur while 
hiking rests with each individual, and in no case does it belong to the officers
(climbing leader, secretary, advisor, etc.) or" THE GREEN WASHINGTON MOUNTAINEERING KOREAN ASSOCIATION "


다)  모든 회원은 본 조항의 내용에 대하여 별도의 서명을 받지 않아도
회원 자격를 이행 함으로써 본 조항을 인지하고 동의한 것으로 간주한다.
다) All members shall be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to the provisions of this Article by fulfilling the requirements of membership, without the need for a separate signature regarding the contents hereof.
