학생들의 개인적인 발전을 촉진할 뿐만 아니라, 세계에서 가장 절박하고 실존적인 위기를 해결하는 데 앞장설 젊은이들에게 힘을 실어주기 위한 전 세계적인 노력에서 대학 교육 지도자 분들께 먼저 감사인사를 전합니다. 또한 지도자분들이 수행하는 소중한 역할에 대해 높이 평가합니다.

이러한 점을 염두에 두고 Humanitarian Affair Asia 는 2023년 8월 1일부터 8월 4일까지 태국 방콕에 있는 유엔 회의 센터(UNCC)에서 열리는 11th University Scholars Leadership Symposium(USLS) 2023에 우수한 학생들이 참가하도록 장려하기 위해 전 세계 대학 교육자 지도자들을 초청하고 있습니다.

USLS 2023은 무엇을 제공합니까?

·       영감. 영감을 주는 지도자들과 인도주의적 영웅들과의 혁신적인 대화.

·       기회. 기후 변화, 빈곤 및 불평등과 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 사회적으로 의미 있는 프로젝트를 시작할 수 있는 권한과 동기부여.

·       네트워킹. 긍정적인 사회 변화에 헌신하는 동료들과 함께하는 글로벌 네트워킹.

·       개인 발전. 리더십과 대중 연설과 같은 이전 가능한 스킬의 발전.

·       커리어 어드밴스. 옹호 활동에 대해 더 자세히 알아보기 위해 선정된 유엔 기구에 의해 특별히 기획된 워크샵.

·       자원봉사. 친절 봉사의 날 체험형 지역사회 활동.

·       글로벌 시민 의식. 사회 변화를 주도하는 글로벌 커뮤니티의 일원이 될수있습니다.

Do any of your students possess the following attributes? If Yes, we want them to apply. 

• Students who demonstrate strong leadership potential and demonstrate how they can aspire to learn from others to become better leaders.
• Students who have an open mind and maintain a genuine appreciation for different perspectives and for individuals with different backgrounds, interests and ambitions.
• Students who hold consideration and respect for others and possess an interest to better serve society.

Give your students the opportunity to play an active role as global citizens. Inform your students to write in to me at Changemakers3@humanitarianaffairs.asia with their completed Delegate Application Form which is attached to this email as applying through the website will incur an administration fee. For your convenience, I have attached our USLS Highlights Brochure, which contains exclusive information about the event, which is available only for our invited educators.

Students who wish to secure the early bird discounted registration, should submit their application to me before May 25.

If their application is successful, the Secretariat will issue a Letter of Acceptance and Invoice. Students who require advice about sponsorships to fund their participation can write in to me for a copy of our Funding guide.
