New Opportunity to Experience Australian Education!

We are pleased to share the launch of the Australia Awards – Malaysia Semester Program (AA-MSP), a scholarship initiative that enables eligible students from participating institutions, including University of Wollongong Malaysia, to undertake one or two semesters of study in Australia.

Launched on 4 August 2026 by Australian High Commissioner Her Excellency Danielle Heinecke and Australia’s Assistant Minister for Citizenship, Customs and Multicultural Affairs and Assistant Minister for International Education, the Honourable Julian Hill MP, the program is designed to make international education more accessible by providing financial support for international travel, accommodation, living expenses, university administration, and more.

As a participating institution, University of Wollongong Malaysia is proud to offer students the opportunity to gain international experience, broaden their perspectives, and build valuable global connections through this initiative.

호주 교육을 경험할 새로운 기회!

호주 어워즈 – 말레이시아 학기 프로그램(AA-MSP)의 출범을 기쁘게 알립니다. 이 장학금 사업은 울런공 대학교 말레이시아 캠퍼스를 포함한 참여 기관의 자격 있는 학생들이 호주에서 1~2학기 동안 공부할 수 있도록 지원합니다.

2026년 8월 4일, 호주 고등판무관 다니엘 하이네케 각하와 호주 시민권·관세·다문화 담당 차관 및 국제교육 차관인 줄리안 힐 의원이 공동 출범시켰습니다, 이 프로그램은 국제 여행, 숙박, 생활비, 대학 행정 등 다양한 부분에 재정 지원을 제공함으로써 국제 교육에 대한 접근성을 높이도록 설계되었습니다.

참여 기관으로서 울런공 말레이시아 대학교는 학생들이 이 프로그램을 통해 국제 경험을 쌓고 시야를 넓히며 소중한 글로벌 인맥을 형성할 수 있는 기회를 제공하게 된 것을 자랑스럽게 생각합니다.
