As you can see by the pictures, both bedrooms and living room has quite big space compared to other apartments and is separated very well from each other.

The whole apartment has been renovated very recently therefore you dont have to worry about finding bugs in your sleep or anytime you are in the house at all!

For a living room, there also is a balcony which can be used all by yourself, and if you take a bus that is located 10 min walk from here, you can also arrive to VCC in 10 mins.

Although we are located quite closely to davie st, the atmosphere is very quiet and surprisingly NO WEED SMELL AS WELL!

Currently I'm renting out the whole place for 2100 and deposit is half the rent, (no hidden fee at all! I'll be paying for internet, hydro)
