Separate from criminal judicial proceedings, the Constitutional Court is now deliberating whether to formally dismiss Yoon as president or reinstate him.</p><p style="text-align: start;"> </p><p style="text-align: start;">Yoon has become South Korea's first president who has been indicted while in office.
