    해외여행으로 참석하지 못한
    멤버가 있어 아쉬웠지만,
    외국에서 컴백한 방장님과 함께
    스터디 후에 멤버들 모두
    저녁 모임을 가지며
    이야기꽃을 피우는
    훈훈한 시간이었습니다.

    함께해 주신 모든 분들께 감사드리며,
    멤버들을 위해
    식사 비용을 기꺼이 부담해 주신
    뽀삐맘님께도
    다시 한번 고마운 마음을 전합니다^^

    Neurotransmitters, I looked them up at a
    dictionary. Please see below and find out what the differences are for your reference.
    1️⃣ Dopamine :보상 · 동기 · 즐거움
    게임에서 이겼을 때,맛있는음식먹을 때,칭찬 들었을때
    2️⃣ Adrenaline:긴장 · 각성 · 위기
    시험 보기 직전,무대 발표 직전,갑자기 놀랐을 때
    3️⃣ Serotonin:안정 · 기분 균형
    햇빛 쬐기,운동,규칙적인 생활
    “마음의 안정 물질”
    4️⃣ Endorphins:통증 감소 · 행복감
    Natural painkiller(몸이 만드는 천연 진통제)운동후 상쾌함,크게웃을 때,감동적인경험

    It's often called Happy chemicals, or DOSE
    chemicals.
    D→Dopamine,O→Endorphins,S→ Serotonin,
    E→(sometimes Epinephrine/Adrenaline)

    These days, I'm on a balanced diet, but last evening, after the English study group, we had 추어탕 추어전 막걸리 and draft beer...
    I ate a lot and was full
    but i never felt guilty
    because I can just swim it off and thank you to the 뽀삐맘,and cafe organizers for treating us.

    Never mind, Juliana. You had protein instead of carbs last night. As you know, mudfish is rich in protein and calcium, so the soup was actually very nutritious and healthy. It’s kind of a stamina food, so you really don’t need to feel guilty.
    Besides, you stay in great shape and work
    out every day. If anything, I’d actually suggest cutting back a little on workouts and outdoor activities. Too much is as bad as too little.
