당사에서는  필리핀 크롬광석 생산 수출을 그동안 소량씩  수출하고 있었으며 

금번에 지불조건이 신용장베이스로 공급 가능하게 되어 아래와 같이현재 중국에 판매중인 것과 동일한 스팩 조건으로

1.1    Specification:  

   Cr₂O₃:          42% above

   Cr/Fe ratio:    2.3 above

   Al₂O₃:          14% max 

   MgO:           15% min

   P:               0.01% MAX

   S:               0.01% MAX 

  Moisture:       Max  5%

  Size:           0- 10MM    15% MAX 

                  +  10MM – 300MM   85% MIN

                If goods do not meet the specifications, Buyer has the right to renegotiate the price.

      1.2               Quantity:  6,000 MT 10% more or less

      1.3               Packaging:  in Bulk

      1.4  Delivery Time:  40 days after receipt of the LC.

          2.  UNIT PRICE

      2.1  Unit FOB Price for Chromite Ore base at 42% - USD170~175/DMT FOB Davao Port, Philippine.

      2.2     Total Amount of the commodity :

             1,050,000.00USD (_________________________ US dollars only)

     2.3 Delivery Terms:    FOB, stowed and trimmed

     2.4 Loading Sea Port :   Davao  PORT , PHILIPPINES

     2.5 Discharge Sea Port:  Chinese Main ports

     2.6    Trans shipment :   Not Allowed

     2.7    Partial Shipment :  Not Allowed

3.PAYMENT

     Buyer will issue 100% Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit payable at sight, the provisional

     payment of 97% shall be payable at sight and the balance of the face value of LC will be paid

     within 3 banking days after the issuing of the quality and quantity/weight Certificates issued at

     discharging port by CIQ.
