프랑스에 본사를 둔 플라스틱 옴니엄 오토 익스테리어 서비스 한국 지사에서 하기와 같이 경력직을 채용하고자 합니다.

◆ Main Requirement

• Bachelor’s with experience or Master’s degree
• Leadership, able to make clear synthesis, organized, rigorous, good communication, English, project management skills
•  Design and/or development of plastic parts for automotive industry
• Job Title: 과장-차장

 ◆ Missiion/Function

• Ensure the product design and product industrialization including associated tools (moulds, checking fixtures, validation equipment, etc.) within the QCT requirements (non-event launch, robust manufacturing)
• Ensures cross functional management of his/her extended team
• Ensure RETEX and lessons learnt
• Budget hours, CNQ (Cost of Non Quality)
• Product convergence (CTQ) and tools PRU convergence (IPI: scraps, cycle time…)
• Can be involved in upstream phases of the project (expertise phase, acquisition phase)
• Analyze Customer Needs and Draw-up PO Specifications
• Define the concepts of the product design to meet customers specifications and GD&T and ensure that the design for manufacturing (assembly, paint & packaging) are fulfilled
• Is the main technical contact with the customer during the design & tuning phases
• Is responsible for providing functional specifications for body parts
• Manage Specifications, manufacturing and validation of the means (injection tools, checking fixtures, test jigs, End Of Arm Tooling)
• Manage Product validation (functional, geometry and cosmetic quality)
• Manage Product tuning (mould tuning, checking fixture tuning)
• Participate to capitalization and to productivity actions
• Manage the engineering project reviews, consolidates actions and provides reporting and action plans
• Ensure product PRU commitment for the design relevant criteria
• Allocate budget to his extended team

     - 근무지역: 수원시 인계동 (분당선 수원 시청역, 수원역에서 버스로 10~15분 정도 소요)
