20230610 Christian Concert in NTIGC 찬양집회

20230610 Saturday

Went to the New Testament Indian Gospel Church, 50 miles away, to be in the Christian Praise Concert.

One single musician and 2 more rock bands presented their pieces.

Since the two teams were coming back there were some acquaints.

The one man team was a new, who's been traveling throughout the States was new.

The whole family of 6 traveling together doing home schooling for their 4 kids. (Father is a maths teacher.)

It was not easy to listen to and understand the words in his song, but felt his heart singing the biblical events, particularly the very latter part of Jesus' ministries.

We talked, had their t-shirts, and contributed little for their travel expenses.

Hope all those groups, from Idaho for short-term ministries, California for music, and the traveling music minister go back to their next destination safe and secure in His travel mercy.

Hoping to be the Tuba City of...

이곳에서 50마일 떨어진 New Testament Indian Gospel Church에서 열리는 크리스천 찬양집회에 참석하기 위하여 찾아갔다.

하나의 일인밴드와 두 롹그룹이 자신들의 찬양을 연주하였다.

두 밴드는 작년에도 보았으니 구면이 된 셈이고...

미국 전역을 떠돈다는 일인밴드는 이번이 처음.

여섯 식구가 전국을 도는 가운데 네 자녀에게는 자가 학습을 진행한단다. (아빠가 수학선생이라니...)

그의 찬양 가사를 알아듣기가 쉽지 않았지만 성경이야기, 특히 예수님의 마지막 고난의 이야기를 노래하는 그 심정을 느낄 수 있었다.

대화도 나누며 그들의 티셔츠 하나를 얻고 약소하나마 여행경비를 보탰다.

단기사역을 위해 아이다호에서 온 선교팀, 캘리포니아에서 온 찬양팀들, 그리고 방랑 찬양객 등 모두가 다음 목적지까지 가는 동안 하나님의 긍휼이 그들 모두를 안전하게 보호해주시기를 바란다.
