Whats up!
More news is coming at you guys from
James Motorcycle!!
I know everyone has been busy throughout the week
But the weekend is finally here!
These days at the shop,
we have been busy mostly working with Project J (the tank) !!
Anyways, lets start this blog post with some pictures from the garage.
One of our skilled mechanics Mr.Kim
is getting work done on a 13’ Street Glide.
This bike came in for a repair.
For this bike the heating wires needed to be checked.
Also,
the customer wanted to give the front wheel a new look.
We installed 21”wheel & 11.8 dual rotors with Pirelli Tires.
First we took off the callipers, axle nut, and axle !
We wanted to be careful not to give any damage to the bike
so we wrapped the callipers with some rubber.
A customers bike
is worth more than my own.
Now with the old wheel gone….
We put on a new wheel
just to get a nice feel of what it would look like.
Looks mighty nice now doesn't it?
Cars and bikes are the same.
You give it a new sexy wheel and you got a entirely new lookin ride.
You can see
that the guys are working with the heating wires.
With this done
most of the work is finished.
One of our guys at the shop
waited all week
for his bike parts to get in .
During the drama shoot earlier this week his bike was slightly damaged.
Im sure he is feeling real
happy today.
Now at our Blacksmith Shop...
they are hard at work with
Project J!
You can see
the guys are real focused on the welding here.
Remember whatever you
do safety is first !!!
We dont want anyone waking up in the middle of the night
with their eyes burning…
Not trying to brag
but the welding on that looks
as smooth as a baby’s ass…
Another member of the crew is learning to weld like a pro!
Look at this guy concentrating …
But i wonder how his welding turned out..
Let’s take a closer look.
The welding isn’t as smooth
as our blacksmith but
not too shabby for a beginner.
And he is learning quickly!!
In the back
we have more guys cutting and welding also for
Project J.
Mr.O says he can do a kick ass job of welding..
Hmm lets see how he does.
wait
for
it ……
WHAT?
You see
not everyone can weld ..
LOL
You need that skill and experience
to weld as smooth as a
baby’s tushy.
Our master welder steps in
to do get the job done.
It doesn't matter if it
snows or rains ..
If there is welding to be done … Mr.Kim is gonna have fun!
:)
NICE ~~
That is how it should be done.
Leave the welding to the
Pro.
Hahaha..
Well today the guys were all busy with
Project J.
Looking at this last picture
kind of get you feeling lonely doesn’t it?
Hope everyone has a
nice weekend … !
Much love from the James Family !!!
