Yes, in fact, "pork belly" is the closest thing on the "menu" in the Western mind...BUT. Pork belly is cooked differently and served differently.

It looks more like 보삼, than 삼겹살!! And where's the 상추?!!!
Call 삼겹살 "삼겹살" and describe it as slices of pork from the belly region!!!
