Why safety accident is annual event?

Now korean society's main issue is safety insensitive syndrome. That word means the people's indifference about safety. Recenty Jaecheon sport club's blaze's main factor that make damage increase is safety insenstive syndrome. Second floor's exit was locked, spring cooler's valve was locked, illegal cars blocked way , outside of building was covered by dryvit that is easy to burn when blaze occurs. To summurize, by that factor, Jaecheon sport club's blaze is human made disaster.

In korea's history, almost life accident is annual and has a long history. Go to the past, there were two major human accident that we can find. they are 'Sungsu bridge collapsing' and 'Sampung department store collapsing'. both two accidents are made by human. First, Sungsu bridge accident, there was a rupture in the bridge, but there wasn't any sequal action like prohibit passing bridge. So many citizen and students passed away. Second, Sampung department store collapsing, didin't following original design of building, moving cooling tower inappropriate way. So, it can be seen as human made disaster.

Go to the recently, there was a sewol ferry accident. Clearly, it is accident that human made. There was a broadcast that wait until the rescue, didn't tied cargos, marine police's action and president's 7 hours missing. 

To close up to our school, there is a head teacher who comfined dormitory's window without any announcement and ignore student's opinion about safety, and claimed if emergency is occured, tear the mosquito net and escape.

When we don't care hazardous circumstance and change our consciousness about safety, safety accident is annual. Bigger vay is making a law, smaller way is checking and aware our circumstance that isn't safety, or now safety.
