잠언7장 말씀.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 잠언 7장

1. 내 아들아, 내 말들을 지키며 내 명령들을 네게 쌓아 두라.

My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee.

2. 내 명령들을 지켜서 살며 내 법을 네 눈동자처럼 지키라.

Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.

3. 그것들을 네 손가락에 묶으며 네 마음 판에 기록하라.

Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.

4. 지혜에게 말하기를, 너는 내 누이라, 하고 명철을 가리켜 네 친족 여인이라 하라.

Say unto wisdom, Thou [art] my sister; and call understanding [thy] kinswoman:

5. 그리하면 그것들이 너를 지켜 낯선 여자에게서 곧 말들로 아첨하는 낯선 자에게서

     벗어나게 하리라.

That they may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger [which] flattereth with her words.

6. 내가 내 집의 창문에서 창틀을 통해 내다보며

For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,

7. 단순한 자들 가운데서 살피다가 젊은이들 가운데 명철이 없는 한 젊은이를 분간해 내었노라.

And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding, 

8. 그가 그 여자의 길모퉁이에 가까이 있는 거리를 지나 그녀의 집 쪽으로 가니

Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,

9. 그때는 황혼이 지고 저녁이 되어 어둡고 캄캄한 밤이더라.

In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night: 

10. 그런데, 보라, 창녀의 차림을 하고 마음이 간교한 여자가 거기서 그를 맞으니

And, behold, there met him a woman [with] the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.

11. (그 여자는 시끄럽고 고집이 세며 발을 자기 집에 머물지 못하게 하여

and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:

12. 지금 밖에 나와 있는 자며 지금 거리에서 모든 모퉁이에서 숨어 사람을 기다리는 자라.)

Now [is she] without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.

13. 이에 그 여자가 그를 붙잡고 그에게 입을 맞추며 뻔뻔스런 얼굴로 그에게 말하되,

So she caught him, and kissed him, [and] with an impudent face said unto him, 

14. 내게 화평 헌물들이 있으며 이 날 내가 내 서원을 갚았노라.

[I have] peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows. 

15. 그러므로 내가 너를 맞으려고 나와서 부지런히 네 얼굴을 찾다가 너를 만났노라.

Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.

16. 내가 수놓은 융단 덮개와 조각품과 이집트의 고운 아마포로 내 침상을 장식하고

I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved [works], with fine linen of Egypt.

17. 몰약과 알로에와 육계로 내 침상에서 향내가 나게 하였노라.

I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.

18. 오라, 우리가 아침까지 흡족하게 우리의 사랑을 나누며 사랑으로 우리 자신을 위안하자.

Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves.

19. 집주인이 먼 여행을 떠나 집에 없는데

For the goodman [is] not at home, he is gone a long journey:

20. 그가 돈주머니를 가지고 갔은즉 정한 날에야 집에 돌아오리라, 하여

He hath taken a bag of money with him, [and] will come home at the day appointed. 

21. 자기의 많은 좋은 말로 그를 굴복시키며 자기 입술의 아첨하는 말로 그를 강제로 이끌므로

With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.

22. 그가 마치 소가 도살장으로 가는 것 같이, 어리석은 자가 교정을 받으려고 차꼬를 차러

      가는 것 같이 곧장 그녀를 따라가는도다.

He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks; 

23. 마침내 화살이 그의 간을 꿰뚫으리니 이것은 마치 새가 빨리 올무에 들어가되 그것이 자기

      생명을 노리는 줄을 알지 못하는 것과 같으니라.

Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it [is] for his life.

24. 그런즉, 오 자녀들아, 너희는 이제 내 말에 귀를 기울이며 내 입의 말들에 주의를 기울이라.

Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth.

25. 네 마음이 그녀의 길들로 기울지 않게 하고 그녀의 행로들 안에서 길을 잃지 않게 하라.

Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.

26. 그녀가 많은 사람들을 상하게 하여 내던졌나니 참으로 많은 강한 남자들이 그녀로

       말미암아 죽임을 당하였느니라.

For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong [men] have been slain by her.

27. 그녀의 집은 지옥에 이르는 길 곧 사망의 방들로 내려가는 길이니라.

Her house [is] the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.
