 Decree of the King Darius 

Blow the trumpet, wake up the mighty men, 

and assemble to Beersheba, the land of promise!

And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, 

Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, 

neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, 

until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout. [Jos 6:10]

Also I have made a decree, that whosoever shall alter this word, 

let timber be pulled down from his house, and being set up, let him be hanged thereon; 

and let his house be made a dunghill for this. And the God that hath caused his name 

to dwell there destroy all kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter 

and to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem. 

I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed. [Ezra 6:11-12]

Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; 

he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us:

in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. [Hos 6:1-2]

Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. [Rev 19:9]

And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth 

even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, 

nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground. [Jer 25:33]

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, 

and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. 

[Mat 24:31]

As for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins.

And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. [Heb 5:3-4]

"Command my people Israel, to build my temple." 

People that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. [Dan 11:32]

Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; 

Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; 

let them come up: [Joel 3:9]

But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, 

O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; 

thou art mine. For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: [Isa 43:1,3]

That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, 

and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, 

thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. [Jer 29:10-11]

Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, 

and I will hearken unto you. And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: 

and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, 

and from all the places whither I have driven you. [Jer 29:10-12,14]

Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, 

and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, 

O LORD. Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: 

for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about. Put ye in the sickle, 

for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow;

for their wickedness is great.Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: 

for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision. [Joel 3:11-14]

Declare the restoration and the return 

of the third prisoners of Jerusalem!

Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south. 

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.He that goeth forth and weepeth, 

bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, 

bringing his sheaves with him. [Psa 126:4-6]

But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: 

for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; 

and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid. [Jer 46:27]

Regain your ark of the covenant and defend the Temple of Zion!

O house of David, thus saith the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, 

and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, 

and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings. [Jer 21:12]

Keep that good thing which was committed unto thee. [2 Tim 1:14]

In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession. [Lev 25:13]

And the seventh year Jehoiada sent and fetched the rulers over hundreds, with the captains 

and the guard, and brought them to him into the house of the LORD, and made a covenant 

with them, and took an oath of them in the house of the LORD, and shewed them the king's 

son. And he commanded them, saying, This is the thing that ye shall do; A third part of you 

that enter in on the sabbath  shall even be keepers of the watch of the king's house;

And a third part shall be at the gate of Sur; and a third part at the gate behind the guard: 

so shall ye keep the watch of the house, that it be not broken down. And two parts of all you 

that go forth on the sabbath, even they shall keep the watch of the house of the LORD 

about the king. And ye shall compass the king round about, every man with his weapons 

in his hand: and he that cometh within the ranges, let him be slain: and be ye with the king 

as he goeth out and as he cometh in. And the captains over the hundreds did according to 

all things that Jehoiada the priest commanded: and they took every man his men that were to 

come in on the sabbath, with them that should go out on the sabbath, and came to Jehoiada 

the priest. And to the captains over hundreds did the priest give king David's spears and shields, 

that were in the temple of the LORD. And the guard stood, every man with his weapons 

in his hand, round about the king, from the right corner of the temple to the left corner 

of the temple, along by the altar and the temple. And he brought forth the king's son, 

and put the crown upon him, and gave him the testimony; and they made him king, 

and anointed him; and they clapped their hands, and said, God save the king. [2 Kings 11:4-12]

Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. [Rev 2:10]

Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, 

and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, 

and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, 

which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. [Rev 3:12-13]

the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, 

and take hold of my covenant; Even unto them will I give in mine house 

and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: 

I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off. [Isa 56:4-5]

Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? 

I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: 

because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, 

to give drink to my people, my chosen. This people have I formed for myself; 

they shall shew forth my praise. [Isa 43:18-21]

Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders;

but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise. [Isa 60:18]

Let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them. [Jer 15:19]

For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in Zion. [Joel 3:21]

And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them,

Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. [Rom 9:26]

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his brothers..

If the Syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me: 

but if the children of Ammon be too strong for thee, then I will come and help thee.

Be of good courage, and let us play the men for our people, 

and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seemeth him good. [2 Sam 10:11-12]

Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough. [Luke 22:38]

But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: 

and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. [Luke 22:36]

I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: 

now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once. [Isa 42:14]

Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; 

let them come up: Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruninghooks into spears: 

let the weak say, I am strong. [Joel 3:9-10]

I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; 

I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: 

they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.

The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, 

and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: 

and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them. [Micah 2:12-13]

The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: 

he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies. [Isa 42:13]

Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, 

All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven given me; 

and he hath charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. 

Who is there among you of all his people? 

The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up. [2 Ch 36:23]

I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, 

even them that rejoice in my highness. The noise of a multitude in the mountains, 

like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: 

the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle. 

They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, 

and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land. [Isa 13:3-5]

The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; 

and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, 

and the strength of the children of Israel. So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God 

dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, 

and there shall no strangers pass through her any more. [Joel 3:16-17]

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: 

and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. [Mat 16:25]

And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, 

or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, 

shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. [Mat 19:29]

My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.

Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes.

My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies. [Sol 2:10, 15-16]

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: 

for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: 

thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: 

and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. [Psa 23:4-6]

And seven priests bearing seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the LORD 

went on continually, and blew with the trumpets: and the armed men went before them; 

but the rereward came after the ark of the LORD, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets.

And the second day they compassed the city once, and returned into the camp: so they did six days.

And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose early about the dawning of the day, 

and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: 

only on that day they compassed the city seven times. [Jos 6:13-15]

Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders

in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. [Isa 8:18]

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. [Gen 2:1]

For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name 

shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, 

and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, 

saith the LORD of hosts. [Mal 1:11]

“Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children,

and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these?

Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been? Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold,

I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people:

and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.
And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: 

they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; 

and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me. 

Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? But thus saith the LORD, 

Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered:

for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.” [Isa 49:21-25]

Climb the mountain of the LORD!
