The right arm swing is very high so the right shoulder tends to rise as well as the chest open towards outside direction at the corner of the track, causing misalignment with the direction of the corner.
There's a significant loss occurring during segments where acceleration is needed due to short gaze and frequent deceleration factors while the body's direction changes.
When entering corners 1 and 3, the gaze should lead, aligning the skate and body tilt, feeling the force on the soles of the feet, pushing off only with the soles.
The arms need to pull strongly towards the inside of the corner, adding force to pushing off towards the outside of the corner.
There should be a sensation of shifting the center of gravity, but overall, there's insufficient feeling of the body entering, with more focus on just pushing off with the feet.
Practice kicking with the right foot, swinging the right arm, and practice looking away for further training.
