Let’s extend a big Tenby welcome to Stephen, who’s bringing a wealth of experience all the way from Aberdeenshire to Penang!

Stephen has an impressive background, starting with a 1st Class Honours BA in Early Childhood Studies from London Metropolitan University and gaining his QTS and PGCE from Goldsmiths University of London. After 15 years in early childhood education, including time as a Year 2 teacher in East London and as the Head of Early Years in Koh Samui, Thailand, he’s now ready to embark on his next adventure as the Early Years Lead at Tenby Schools Penang.

When he's not shaping young, curious minds, you might find Stephen out in nature, reading a good book, or planning his next travel escapade. He's also looking forward to picking up golf again, strumming the ukulele, and getting his hands dirty with a new garden at both school and home!
