종족적 메시아의 사명

이제 여러분들의 뿌리를 정비해야 되겠습니다. 뿌리가 어떻게 되었느냐? 타락함으로 말미암아 아버지 어머니가 잘못되었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 참부모를 중심삼고 참아들딸을 중심삼은 본연의 부모권과 장자권을 중심삼고 거꾸로 틀어 넘겨야 됩니다. 그냥 그대로는 접선이 안 되는 겁니다. 180도 반대로 갖다 붙여야 다시금 출발할 수 있는 것입니다. 이게 무슨 소리냐 하면 여러분들은 고향에 들어가서 조상을 바꿔쳐야 할 운명이 남아 있음을 알아야 한다는 것입니다. (1986.6.1 본부교회)

종족적 메시아들이 해야 할 일은 뭐냐? 아담이 실패한 것을 전부 다 복귀해야 합니다. 참부모가 와 가지고 예수의 실패한 것을 복귀하고 아담의 실패한 것을 복귀한 것입니다. 아담은 가정적 기준이지만 가정적 뿌리를 아담과 해와로부터 연결하지 못했기 때문에 이것을 거꾸로 붙들어 놓아 가지고 종족적 메시아 입장에서 자기 부모와 종족을 복귀해야 합니다. 이것이 할아버지 할머니, 어머니 아버지, 자기, 아들딸 4대입니다. 이 4대를 연결시켜 가지고 지금까지 뿌리가 없었던 것을 자기 부모를 중심삼고 뿌리를 대치해 주는 것입니다. 종족적 메시아는 부모의 자리에 나가는 것입니다. 부모의 자리에서 아들딸을 묶는 것입니다. 그건 숙명적입니다. 피할 도리가 없습니다. 이거 못해 가지고는 저 나라에 가더라도 입적을 못합니다. 설자리가 없는 것입니다. 자기의 자리를 잡아 주는 것을 고맙게 생각하라는 겁니다. 선생님이 줄 수 있는 최고의 예물이고, 선생님이 일가 앞에서 하지 못한 역사적인 한을 풀 수 있는 일을, 여러분을 시켜 가지고 대신 하는 것입니다. 이럼으로 말미암아 선생님의 부모가 해방됨과 더불어 여러분의 부모까지 혜택을 받게 되는 것입니다. 여러분의 어머니 아버지가 타락하지 않은 어머니 아버지로 등장하는 겁니다. 자신의 종족을 복귀하기 위해서는 종족적 메시아의 책임을 다하여야 합니다. 이러한 명령은 역사상 없었던 것입니다. 종족적 메시아의 입장은 제2의 참부모의 입장으로 예수의 입장보다 낫다는 것입니다. 그러한 입장을 부여받은 엄청난 가치가 있는 것입니다. 어떤 것과도 이것은 바꿀 수 없습니다. (1991.5.12 이스트 가든)

왜 종족적 메시아로서 책임분담을 다해야 하는가? 첫째 이유는 여러분들의 부모를 구해야 하기 때문입니다. 부모는 제1의 아담의 입장이고, 여러분은 제2의 아담의 입장에 있습니다. 부모를 복귀하여, 재창조하여 아담의 사명을 완수하지 않으면 안 됩니다.

둘째 이유는, 여러분들은 고향이 필요하기 때문입니다. 종족적 메시아의 사명을 다함으로 말미암아 자신의 고향을 가질 수 있게 되는 것입니다. 결국은 종족적 메시아의 책임분담을 다해야 하는 이유는 아담가정의 완성을 위한 것입니다. 구체적으로는 종족을 교육해야 하는 것입니다. (1991.5.12 이스트 가든)

여기에 나온 여러분들은 김씨면 김씨 가문의 메시아와 마찬가지의 사명을 해야 됩니다. 김씨 가문이면 김씨 가문, 박씨 가문이면 박씨 가문에 있어서, 하늘나라를 창건함에 각 종족을 대표해서 '내가 메시아다!' 라고 생각해야 합니다. 구주라고 생각하라는 겁니다. 김씨 가문을 구해 주는 구세주라고 생각해야 합니다. 그러기 위해서는 전체 김씨 가문을 대신하여 제사장적인 책임을 해야 됩니다. (1965. 10. 31. 대구교회)

입적이 없으면 천국 국민이 못 되는 것입니다. 이것이 다 들떠 있게 됩니다. 그렇게 하면 사탄이 마음대로 전후?좌우?상하에서 공격합니다. 지금 여러분은 전부 다 참부모님을 대신해서 종족적 메시아의 사명을 가지고 자기 부모를 해방할 수 있는 자리에 섰습니다. (236－322)

왜 종족적 메시아가 필요하냐? 종족적 메시아가 없으면 가정기준을 중심삼고 전부 다 연결되지 않습니다. 그렇게 되지 않으면 여러분의 고향이 있을 수 없습니다. 선생님의 고향은 있지만 여러분들의 고향은 없습니다. 가정을 전부 다 복귀해 놓고 나면 앞으로 입적시대가 옵니다. 입적시대가 오게 되면 지파 편성이 벌어지고, 입적하는 순서가 계열이 되는 겁니다. 먼저 입적하는 사람들이 형님이 돼 가지고, 그들을 조상과 같이 모실 수 있는 새로운 체제가 됩니다. 전세계를 다 그렇게 만들어야 지상천국의 완성이 벌어지는 것입니다. 절대적으로 종족적 메시아가 필요하다! 그것을 이루지 못하는 사람은 제1, 제2 아담권을 연결하지 못합니다. 선생님과 연결되지 못합니다. 입적이 될 수 없습니다. 그러니까 절대적으로 종족적 메시아가 필요해요, 안 필요해요? 필요하다는 것입니다. 그러한 하늘의 은총에 대해서 아무런 가치도 알지 못하는 사람은 보물을 받는다고 해도 그 가치 있는 것을 함부로 다룹니다. 그렇게 아무렇게나 생각하는 그 기준에 따라서 심판을 받게 됩니다. 종족만 복귀하면 끝나는 것입니다. (192－233)

축복을 받음으로 말미암아 하늘나라에 입적이 가능한 겁니다. 비로소 인간이 하늘나라를 갖게 되는 겁니다. 하늘의 가정을 갖게 됐고, 하늘의 종족, 하늘의 민족, 하늘의 국가, 하늘의 세계를 거쳐, 천주를 거쳐 가지고 나라를 갖게 되어 그 나라에 입적함으로써 하늘나라의 국민이 되는 것입니다. 참부모의 혈족이 입적되었을 것인데, 이들이 타락함으로 말미암아 숱한 역사를 거쳐서 세계 가운데서 빼야 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 여기에 있어서 종족적 메시아의 책임을 함으로써 예수님이 실패한 것을 탕감복귀해야 하는데, 그러려면 세계 각 나라를 책임져 가지고 그 나라를 하늘나라에 바쳐야 된다는 것입니다. 종족적 메시아들이 많이 생겨남으로 말미암아 종족적 메시아가 합해 가지고 종족적 메시아를 중심삼고 내 나라를 찾는 운동이 벌어지는 것입니다. 동에서 서에서, 360도에서 축복가정이 생겨나 가지고 누가 정상에 올라가느냐 경쟁하는 겁니다. 하늘나라에 입적하기 전에는 조상의 자리를 차지하지 못하는 것입니다. 조상의 자리를 차지하지 못하면 언제 밀려나게 될지 모릅니다. (269－93)

통일교회에 다니면서 20년 동안 몇 사람을 전도했느냐를 중심삼고 등급을 매기게 될 때, 그 동안 한 사람도 전도를 못 한 사람은 기생충과 같습니다. 앞으로 입적할 때는 그 수를 중요시하는 겁니다. 입적시대에 들어간다는 것입니다. 자기의 가정을 중심삼고 일족이 되어야 됩니다. 아담가정은 아담의 일족이지요?

아담가정을 중심삼고 보면 아담가정의 아들딸이 있고, 일족이 있으면 나라가 형성됩. 그렇게 되면 나라는 가만히 있어도 형성이 되는 것입니다. (265－302)

자기의 가정을 중심삼고 아들딸이 있고 부모가 있으니까 가정에 3대가 다 있잖아요? 자기의 종적인 기반을 중심삼고 횡적인 면에서 평형적으로 가정의 이상을 전부 다 이어받을 수 있는 수백 수천의 가정들이 있는 것입니다. 그것을 연결하면 나라가 되는 것입니다. 가만히 놓아두어도 나라가 됩니다. 세계가 복잡하고 어려운 것이 아닙니다. (265－392)

통일교회 교단은 종족입니다. 종족이라는 겁니다. 내 피가 같이 동하는 것입니다. 내가 눈물지으면 눈물을 지어야 되고, 내가 기뻐하면 기뻐해야 되는 것입니다. 혈족입니다. 오색인종을 넘어서 문화배경이 다른 모든 국가 기준을 넘어 가지고 벽을 허물고 하나로 뭉친, 새로운 하늘나라의 창건을 위한 민족입니다. 이 민족이 거룩하게 될 때. 하늘나라의 창국(創國)이 현현하는 것이요, 그런 거룩한 창국의 민족으로서 살아갈 때. 창세계(創世界)가 벌어지는 것이요. 그 세계 위에 천주적인 지상의 천국과 천상천국이 연결되는 것입니다. 지금 선생님이 여러분들한테 메시아라는 이름을 주었습니다. 종족적 메시아! 그러면 여러분들이 어떻게 해야 돼요? 메시아로서 무엇을 해야 되겠어요? 국가적 메시아, 세계적 메시아. 천주적 메시아가 될 수 있는 모든 것을 다 준비해 놓았다는 것입니다. 산과 같이 큰 보물을 여러분을 위해 준비했습니다. 여러분들이 메시아가 되기만 하면 보석산 같은 이 모든 것을 다 상속받는 것입니다. 수도관 같은 것이 연결되어 가지고 물이 흘러서 내려가듯이 여러분들에게 상속되는 것입니다. (1989.4.9. 벨베디아 수련소)

종족적 메시아가 싸구려인 줄 알아요? 똑똑한 선생님이 메시아 사명을 하기 위해서 일생을 바쳤어도 미치지 못해서 부끄럽게 생각하는 겁니다. 여러분들 앞에 종족적 메시아란 말은 놀라운 일입니다. 예수보다도 더 귀한 가치의 자리에 설 수 있는 것입니다. 뿐만 아니라 통일교회를 반대하고 별의별 욕설을 퍼붓던 사람까지 타락하지 않은 아담의 자리에 끌어올려 준다는 것입니다. 세상에 그 말이 있을 수 있는 말이냐는 것입니다. 말하는 문 아무개는 참부모님의 자리에 있기 때문에 지금까지 말한 모든 것을 다 이루었습니다. 안 이루어진 것이 없습니다. 氏族的メシヤの使命

　これから皆さんの根を整備しなければなりません。根はどうなっているのでしょうか。堕落によって父母が駄目になってしまいました。ですから、真の父母と真の息子、娘を中心とした本然の父母権と長子権を、反対に越えていかなければなりません。ただそのままではできません。一八〇度反対にして、初めてもう一度出発することができるのです。どういうことかというと、皆さんが故郷に帰って、先祖を取り替える運命が残っているということを知るべきです。

　氏族的メシヤがすべきこととは何でしょうか。アダムが失敗したことをすべて復帰しなければなりません。真の父母が来て、イエス様が失敗したことを復帰し、アダムが失敗したことを復帰したのです。
　アダムは家庭的基準ですが、家庭的根をアダム、エバから連結できなかったので、これを逆に、氏族的メシヤの立場で自分の父母と氏族を復帰しなければなりません。それが祖父母、父母、自分、息子・娘の四代です。この四代を連結させて、今まで根がなかったのを、父母を中心として代わりに根とするのです。

　氏族的メシヤとは、父母の位置に立つことです。父母の位置において息子、娘を結び合わせるのです。宿命的です。避けることができません。それができなければ、あの世に行っても入籍できません。立つ瀬がないのです。自分の位置を定めてもらうことを有り難く思わなければなりません。
　先生が与えることのできる最高の贈り物であり、先生が一族の前でできなかった歴史的な恨を解くことを、代わりに皆さんにさせるのです。そうすることによって先生の父母が解放されるとともに、皆さんの父母まで恵沢を受けるのです。皆さんのお父さん、お母さんが、堕落していない父母として登場するのです。

　自分の氏族を復帰するためには、氏族的メシヤの責任を果たさなければなりません。このような命令は歴史上にありませんでした。氏族的メシヤの立場は、第二の真の父母の立場であり、イエス様の立場よりも上なのです。そのような立場を賦与されたという、とてつもない価値があるのです。これはいかなるものとも替えることができません。

　なぜ氏族的メシヤとして責任分担を果たさなければならないのでしょうか。最初の理由は、皆さんの父母を救わなければならないからです。父母は第一のアダムの立場であり、皆さんは第二のアダムの立場にあります。
　父母を復帰して再創造し、アダムの使命を完遂しなければなりません。第二の理由は、皆さんには故郷が必要だからです。氏族的メシヤの使命を果たすことによって、自分の故郷をもつことができるようになるのです。
　結局、氏族的メシヤの責任分担を果たさなければならない理由は、アダム家庭の完成のためです。具体的には、氏族を教育するということです。

　ここに来た皆さんは、金氏ならば金氏家門のメシヤのような使命を果たさなければなりません。金氏家門ならば金氏家門、朴氏家門なら朴氏家門において、天国を創建するに当たって、その氏族を代表して「私がメシヤだ」と考えなければならないのです。救世主だと考えるべきだというのです。金氏家門を救う救世主だと考えるのです。そのためには、金氏家門全体を代表して、祭司長的な責任を果たさなければなりません。

　入籍というものがなければ、天国の国民になることはできません。宙に浮くことになるのです。そうなればサタンが思いのままに前後、左右、上下から攻撃するのです。今皆さんは、真の御父母様に代わって、氏族的メシヤの使命をもって自分の父母を解放することのできる立場に立っています。

　なぜ氏族的メシヤが必要なのでしょうか。氏族的メシヤがいなければ、家庭基準を中心として連結されません。連結されなければ皆さんが故郷にいることはできません。先生には故郷がありますが、皆さんの故郷はないのです。家庭をすべて復帰したならば、今後入籍時代が来ます。入籍時代になれば、支派編成が行われ、入籍する順序が決まるのです。先に入籍する人々が兄となり、彼らを先祖のように侍る新しい体制ができます。全世界がそのようになって初めて地上天国が完成されるのです。

　絶対的に氏族的メシヤが必要です。それができない人は、第一・第二アダム圏を連結することができません。先生とつながることができません。入籍することができません。ですから、絶対的に氏族的メシヤが必要です。そのような天の恩寵について何の価値も分からない人は、宝物をもらっても、その価値あるものをないがしろにします。そのようにいい加減に考える基準に応じて、審判を受けるのです。氏族さえ復帰すれば終わるのです。

　祝福を受けることによって、天国への入籍が可能になります。そして、ようやく人間が天国を得るのです。天の家庭を得て、天の氏族、天の民族、天の国家、天の世界を経て、天宙を経て国を得ることになり、その国に入籍することによって天国の国民になるのです。真の父母の血族が入籍するはずでしたが、堕落することによって長い歴史を経て世界の中から奪ってこなければならなくなりました。
　ですから、ここにおいて氏族的メシヤの責任を果たすことで、イエス様が失敗したことを蕩減復帰しなければならないのですが、そのためには世界各国に責任をもって、その国を天国に捧げなければならないのです。

　氏族的メシヤがたくさん現れて、彼らが一つになり、氏族的メシヤを中心として自分の国を復帰する運動が起こるのです。東で西で、三六〇度で祝福家庭が生まれ、誰が頂上に上るか競争するのです。天の国に入籍するまでは、先祖の立場を得ることはできません。先祖の立場が得られなければ、いつ押し出されるか分からないのです。

　統一教会に通いながら二十年間に何人を伝道したかということで等級をつけるとすれば、その間一人も伝道できなかった人は、寄生虫のようなものです。今後入籍するときは、その数を重要視するのです。入籍時代に入るのです。自分の家庭を中心として一族にならなければなりません。アダム家庭は、アダムの一族です。アダム家庭を中心として考えると、アダム家庭の息子、娘がいて、一族がいるならば、国が形成されるのです。そうなれば、じっとしていても国は形成されるのです。

　自分の家庭に息子、娘がいて父母がいるので、三代がいることになるでしょう。自分の縦的な基盤を中心として、横的には平行に家庭の理想をすべて受け継ぐことのできる、数百、数千の家庭があるのです。それを連結すれば国になるのです。そのままにしておいても国になるのです。世界は、複雑で困難なものではありません。

　統一教会の教団は、氏族です。氏族なのです。私の血が共に動くのです。私が涙を流すならば涙を流さなければならないし、私が喜べば喜ばなければならないのです。血族なのです。五色人種を超えて、文化背景の異なるすべての国家基準を超えて、壁を打ち破って一つとなった新しい天国を創建するための民族です。この民族が聖なるものとされるとき、天国の創国（注：国を建てること）が顕現するのであり、そのような聖なる創国の民族として生きていくとき、創世界がなされ、その世界の上に天宙的な地上天国と天上天国が連結されるのです。

　今、先生は、皆さんにメシヤという名を与えました。氏族的メシヤ！　ですから皆さんは、どうすべきでしょうか。メシヤとして何をしなければならないでしょうか。国家的メシヤ、世界的メシヤ、天宙的メシヤになり得るあらゆる準備をしておきました。山のような大きな宝物を皆さんのために準備しました。皆さんがメシヤになりさえすれば、宝の山のようなものをすべて相続するのです。水道管のようなものがつながっていて、水が流れていくように、皆さんに相続させるのです。

　氏族的メシヤが安物だとでも思っていますか。賢い先生がメシヤの使命を果たすために一生を捧げても到達していないので、恥ずかしく思っているのです。皆さんにとって「氏族的メシヤ」という言葉は驚くべきものです。イエス様よりも貴い価値ある立場に立つことができるのです。そればかりでなく、統一教会に反対し、誹謗中傷してきた人をも、堕落していないアダムの立場に引き上げてあげるのです。この世の中に、そのような話がいったいあるのでしょうか。語っているこの文なにがしという人は、真の御父母様の位置にあるので、今まで話してきたすべてのことを成し遂げてきました。成し遂げられなかったことはありません。

Mission of tribal messiahs

Now your roots need to be corrected. What happened to your roots? Through the Fall, the first father and mother went along the wrong path. That is why, cen­tering on the True Parents, we have to pass through the positions of true sons and daughters, eldest son and the origi­nal parent. Your roots need to be turned upside down. They cannot connect as they are. Only when they are turned around 180 degrees and connected, can you begin anew. What this means is that you still have a destiny to fulfill, which is to return to your hometowns to change your ancestry. (178-99, 1988.6.1)

What must the tribal messiahs do? They need to restore all that Adam failed to achieve. True Parents came to earth and restored the unfulfilled mission of Jesus and the failure of Adam. Adam stands on the level of the family, but the roots of God’s family could not be con­nected to Adam and Eve. So this must be turned around and, from the position of tribal messiah, you need to restore your own parents and tribes. In doing so, at least four generations are involved, your grandfather and grandmother, mother and father, yourselves, and your sons and daughters. By connecting these four generations, you then put down the ancestral roots where there have been no roots before, centering on your parents. (210-273, 1990.12.25)

The tribal messiahs are advancing to the position of parents. From this position, they can bring together their sons and daughters. This is predestined. There is no way for you to avoid doing this. If you fail to do so, you cannot be registered and you will not be able to enter the kingdom when you pass on to the next world. There will be no place for you to stand. Therefore, you should be thankful for having a place secured for you.

This is the greatest gift that I can bestow on you. I am asking you to do this great work, which True Father him­self was unable to accomplish with his clan, and which can relieve the histor­ical and interminable grief of God on my behalf. In this way, not only will the parents of True Father be liberated, but your parents will also receive great ben­efit from it. Your mothers and fathers will be transformed into the mothers and fathers who have not fallen. (220-39, 1991.10.13)

In order to restore your tribes, you need to fulfill the mission of tribal mes­siahs. Such a command is unprecedent­ed in history. The position of the trib­al messiah is the same as the position of the second true parents, and there­fore a much better situation than that of Jesus. The bestowal of such a position holds great significance and cannot be exchanged for anything in this world. Why should you fulfill your responsi­bility as tribal messiahs? The first rea­son is that you need to save your par­ents. Your parents stand in the position of the first Adam, and you stand in the position of the second Adam. You must fulfill the mission of Adam by restoring and recreating your parents. The second reason is that you require a hometown. By fulfilling your mis­sion as tribal messiahs, you will come to have your own hometown. In the end, the reason you need to fulfill your responsibility as tribal messiahs is to perfect Adam’s family. In concrete terms, you need to educate your tribes. (Tribal Messiah - 178)

All of you gathered here today must fulfill the mission similar to that of the messiah in your tribes, whichever clan you belong to, be it Kim, Park, or oth­erwise. Each of you must think, “I am the Messiah!” representing each of your clans in establishing the Kingdom of God. You have to regard yourself as the savior. You must consider that you are the savior of the Kim clan if you are a Kim. In order to do so, you need to fulfill the duties of a chief priest on behalf of the whole Kim clan. (155-265, 1965.10.31)

Without registering, you cannot become a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven. If that were the case, you would be just floating in the air, and Satan would be free to attack you as he pleases from all sides-front, back, left, right, up, and down. All of you are now standing in the position of being able to liberate your own parents through the mission of tribal messiahship on behalf of True Parents. (236-322, 1992.11.9)

Why are tribal messiahs necessary? If there are no tribal messiahs, then all the families cannot be connected between themselves. Without this, you cannot have your hometown. I have my own hometown but you do not have one. After restoring all the fami­lies, there will come the age of reg­istration in the future. Once the age of registration comes, tribal formation will take place. The order in which you register will determine your position. Those who register first will be the elders and a new system will be devel­oped so that they can be attended in the same manner as you attend your ancestors. Only when the whole world is transformed accordingly, will the heavenly kingdom on earth be real­ized. (210-273, 1990.12.25)

Tribal messiahs are absolutely nec­essary! Those who do not fulfill their missions cannot connect the realms of the first and second Adam. They cannot be connected to True Father, nor can they be registered. Therefore, are tribal messiahs absolutely necessary, or not? They are necessary. The people who do not realize the true value of such bless­ings from God will treat anything giv­en them with carelessness, even if they are endowed with treasure. These peo­ple will be judged according to the same thoughtless standard which they have demonstrated. Everything will be com­pleted once all the tribes are restored. (192-233, 1989.7.4)

Only by receiving the Blessing will it be possible to register into the Kingdom of Heaven. Through this, humankind can finally inherit the Kingdom of God. They can form heavenly families, tribes, a people, nations, world, and cosmos. Therefore, the Kingdom of Heaven is formed, and they become citizens of that kingdom by being registered in it. Orig­inally, the relatives of the first parents should have been registered in the king­dom. However, because those parents fell, we had to pass through numerous periods in history, and gather those to be registered from the entire world. That is why you need to restore through indem­nity the unfulfilled mission of Jesus, by accomplishing your duties as tribal mes­siahs. In order to do so, you need to take responsibility for each nation in the world and dedicate that nation to the Kingdom of Heaven. (269-303, 1995.5.1)

The more people become tribal mes­siahs, the more they can come togeth­er; and by centering on this, you can carry out the movement of reclaiming your own nation. From the east and the west, in fact from all directions of 360 degrees, Blessed Families will emerge and vie with each other in how to reach the top first. You cannot occupy the position of ancestors before you are reg­istered in the Kingdom of God. If you fail to occupy that position, there is no knowing when you will be pushed out. (269-93, 1995.4.8)

If the members of the Unification Church were to be graded according to how many people they have witnessed to in twenty years, those who have not wit­nessed to even one person will be viewed as hangers-on. In the future, at the time of registration, that number will be of great importance. We will soon be entering the era of registration. There­fore, the people you have witnessed to must become a part of your clan center­ing on your family. Isn’t Adam’s family a part of his clan?

Taking Adam’s family into consider­ation, you can see that as long as there are sons and daughters of Adam’s fam­ily and his clan, a nation can be estab­lished. When you restore the tribe, then a nation will be established automatical­ly. (240-27, 1992.12.11)

If you consider your family, you have your own sons and daughters and your parents, which means there are three generations in a family. There are hun­dreds and thousands of families that can inherit the ideal of the God-centered family on a similar horizontal level, cen­tering on your own vertical relationship with God. Once they are connected, they can form God’s nation. Without doing anything else, a nation can come into existence. The religious order that is the Uni­fication Church is a tribe. I am telling you that it is a tribe. The same blood is flowing in all of the members. There­fore, when I shed tears, so should you; and when I am delighted, you should be too. We are all relatives. We are one people come together, united into one­ness, transcending the five races and the different national standards with dif­ferent cultural backgrounds, breaking down all barriers between us, in order to establish the new Kingdom of God. On the day this new race is sanctified, the creation of the Kingdom of God can be realized. Only when you live everyday as the sanctified race of the kingdom, can a new world be created, and can the cos­mic Kingdom of Heaven on earth and in spirit world emerge through that world. (168-136, 1987.9.13)

I gave you the name of messiah. Trib­al messiah! What should you do about it? What should you do as messiahs? Everything you will require in being national messiahs, world messiahs, and cosmic messiahs has already been pre­pared for you. A mountain-high pile of treasures has been prepared for you. Once you become messiahs, every part of this mountain of treasures will be bequeathed to you. Do you think the title “tribal mes­siah” comes cheaply? Though such an intelligent True Father devoted his whole life to fulfilling the mission of the messiah, he still feels shameful because he has not done nearly enough. The fact that the name of tribal messiah has been bestowed on you is truly incredible. Through it, you can stand in a position much higher in value than Jesus him­self. Even the very ones who opposed the Unification Church, and threw all kinds of insults at us, can be elevated to the position of unfallen Adam. Who, then, can make such a statement in this world? Father has accomplished all that he spoke of until now, because he stood in the position of True Parents. There is not one word of his that has not been ful­filled. (219-150, 1991.8.29)
