I have a room available for rent to a Korean student or working professional.
Available July 1 or immediately
The house is located at 15324 95A ave Surrey BC.

Rent is \$700/month.

1. private room
2. private washroom (stand-up shower only)

5. Kitchen (shared) & Utensils
6. parking spot on the driveway
7. Laundry/week
8. Netflix

Things to note:
1. You will be sharing the house with me (Korean - 31 male) and I am looking for a responsible individual who can take good care of my spare room. I work 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday, so it will be pretty quiet throughout the day.
2. No Pet & No Smoking (smoke outside is fine)
3. Unfurnished (can have it furnished upon request)
4. Must not be allergic to a dog
5. Financially competent to pay rent every month.
6. No Torrenting

About the house:
1. Close to highway, malls, restaurants, banks and etc.
2. Quiet & Safe Neighbourhood
