Born and raised in the beautiful Pearl of the Orient, Penang, Yi Ting brings a world of experience and passion for Chinese culture to Tenby Schools Penang.

With a degree in Psychology, a PGDE, and a CTCSOL under her belt, she's ready to inspire and guide our students in exploring the wonders of the Chinese language.

Outside the classroom, Yi Ting has a love for toy and insect photography

, a knack for solving jigsaw puzzles

, and a soft spot for horror movies

. And let’s not forget her 8-year-old rescue dog who keeps her company!

Embodying the Tenby spirit of 'Learning never stops', she’s currently learning Japanese with her sights set on the N4 certificate by year’s end!
