What a way to wrap up the year! The English Department held its first English Showcase Day at Tenby Schools Setia Eco Gardens (Tenby SEG). Students presented their TED Talks, persuasive speeches, and Pecha Kuchas. Pecha Kucha is the Japanese term for “chit-chat,” where students presented their speeches using 20-second slides.

Our drama students performed their monologues and duologues, bringing Hamlet, Pride and Prejudice, and Cornelius to life. It was a wonderful platform for students to build confidence and showcase their talents at Tenby SEG.

한 해를 마무리하는 방법이네요! 영어부는 텐비 스쿨 세티아 에코 가든(텐비 SEG)에서 첫 번째 영어 쇼케이스 데이를 개최했습니다. 학생들은 TED 강연, 설득력 있는 연설, 페차 쿠차를 발표했습니다. 페차 쿠차는 학생들이 20초 슬라이드를 사용하여 연설을 하는 '치트챗'의 일본어 용어입니다.
저희 드라마 학생들은 독백과 독백을 선보이며 햄릿, 오만과 편견, 코넬리우스를 생생하게 표현했습니다. 텐비 SEG에서 자신감을 키우고 재능을 발휘할 수 있는 훌륭한 플랫폼이었습니다.
