Remembrance 2025

Over the past week, the MCM community came together to honour and remember all those who have lost their lives in conflict. From reflective assemblies in the Senior and Prep Schools, to the moving Dawn Service on Court, and our participation at Singapore’s Kranji War Memorial, pupils, staff, and parents paid tribute with music, readings, and wreath-laying ceremonies.

A special mention to our senior pupils who joined a joint schools’ choir at Kranji, and to everyone who contributed to the Poppy Appeal, raising funds to support the Armed Forces charity.

These moments remind us of the courage, sacrifice and humanity of those who came before us and the enduring importance of peace.

지난 한 주 동안 MCM 커뮤니티는 갈등으로 목숨을 잃은 모든 분들을 기리고 추모하기 위해 모였습니다. 시니어 및 예비학교의 반성적 집회부터 감동적인 새벽 예배 온 코트, 싱가포르 크란지 전쟁 기념관에 참석한 학생, 교직원, 학부모들은 음악, 낭독, 헌화식 등을 통해 추모의 뜻을 표했습니다.
크란지에서 열린 공동 학교 합창단에 합류한 선배 학생들과 국군 자선 단체를 지원하기 위한 기금 모금에 기여한 모든 분들께 특별한 말씀을 드립니다.
이 순간들은 우리 앞에 온 사람들의 용기와 희생, 그리고 인류애와 평화의 영원한 중요성을 상기시켜 줍니다.
