Continuous professional development is the processes and learning activities professionals undertake to enhance their knowledge, skills, competence, and expertise. It records what professionals learn, experience, and apply in their field. On Monday 10th February the staff at Invictus were engaged in a wide range of training activities which were aimed at developing safeguarding awareness in the school and other broader educational related activities to help teachers become more proactive and apply the newly acquired skills and knowledge with greater awareness and efficiency.
