Inform Data Dept and Accounts payable when purchase is done to continue with next procedures. 6. The ability to be able to compose as accurate email regarding any issue that is present when dealing with merchandise, or invoice. 7. Handle purchase adjustments. 8. Assist in managing with daily or weekly reports. 9. Maintain, file and organize all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required. Primary responsibility is to support the Warehouse Manager’s efforts in driving administrative operation flow. Job Responsibilities: • Daily report analyzed KPI Data for Operation Manger’s business objectives • Actively engage management on efforts towards accurate Inbound & Outbound documents and discrepancies • Monitor system communication against vendor information • Communicate discrepancy of System Vs. Actual merchandise arrival • Partner with Multi-Department for all outstanding –unresolved administrative issues • Run upcoming shipment & PO status and report to entire operation team daily • Daily production posting against target and arriving status – report to Manager • Maintain tracking information of In & Out of PO for trouble shooting • Work directly with warehouse staffs to provide accurate In & Outbound documents Job Requirements: • 2+ years of Retail Administrative experience • Excellent ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs • Flexibility with schedule required • High computer and math proficiency • Fashion background preferred • Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, and follow direction • Communication skills to work effectively with business partners • Maintain a friendly, professional behavior at all times • Organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks and complete them within deadlines • Problem predicting and problem solving skills that allow for a proactive approach to the business
