<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Dotum,돋움,sans-serif">Michael paid $5.8 million when he bought the property at 333 Whale Beach Road in Palm Beach on June 4, 2010. It is now worth around $6.8 million.</SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Dotum,돋움,sans-serif">George stayed in the home for a few months in the latter stages of 2010 but has not returned to his beach house since returning home to London.</SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Dotum,돋움,sans-serif">Guests can rent the property currently from $1400 a night (3 night minimum) but the price over summer is expected to be $2450 a night.</SPAN></P>
