MCM-29 Year 8 pupils explored at Singapore’s iconic Esplanade

Last week, 29 of our inquisitive Year 8 pupils explored the magic behind the scenes at Singapore’s iconic Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay.

Our pupils received a rare backstage pass, getting an up-close look at the massive Concert Hall and four performance venues. This was a truly interdisciplinary trip where curiosity led the way.

The learning went far beyond the stage lights, covering: music, drama, engineering, acoustics, history and more.

A huge well done to all 29 pupils for their engagement and curiosity. It was a day packed with creativity, unique insights, and lots of laughter.
