A way to stay humble

This is a lesson God taught me today, so I'm writing this partly as a reminder for myself as well, so I don't forget.

God can give and take away at any time He wants.  Don't get overconfident or cocky because you can easily be returned to the place where you came.  Remember the desperation and hopelessness and sadness of when you were lost and remember who saved you from it.  The pain is real, and it can easily come back.  Remember that you are not free from these things because of anything that YOU have done, but only because of God's power. You are not any better than anyone else- in fact we are all on the same level.  You are only better off because God has decided so.  Don't forget that and thank Him always

We all are under His Control and Power of Almighty God.
