I'm motorcycle rider using Arai helmet RAM3 in Korea.
This email is about after service.
As I know you provide one year warranty. Air duct and defuser has been broken which can be covered by warranty.
I asked Arai Korea for after service then they replied it can be possible three months later, I waited for some time and
they called me to visit the shop and get repair service. I reside other city and not in Seoul right now. I sent them by so called quick service.
Broken part is air duct wing, desuser. Arai Korea called for debris without which they couldn't provide repair service.
I wonder how one could find such a small broken part.
I am going to post this case on several motorcycle cafe hoping this will not happen again.
In view of its fame I am disappointed at Arai Korea's attitude. They called for the smallest broken part. This is unpleasant experience.
I have to reconsider purchasing your helmet if this kind of case will happen again.
I want to know what they asked conform to Arai after service rule and proper response to customer.
