Our apartment is flipping amazing and was recently scouted by the TV show "Chicago Fire" to serve as a firefighter's family home because of its convenient location and general awesomeness. uh huh, that's right! 

MUST MUST MUST love animals and be dog and cat allergy-free! Looking for a 3rd family member to complete our household-- moving in August1st. Maggie (me) works as a nanny while attending nursing school. Kwan is an intern at a financial trading company that works downtown. We are both 26 and a lot of fun ! We love hanging out, and having a few drinks and laughs. We don't care about sexual/political/religious orientation. Looking for someone who LOVES animals. We have cats and dogs and our lives revolve around them. They are all very well behaved and amazing! The household is like a family - we share, care and listen. That's the kind of atmosphere we're looking for. We are not interested in drama of ANY KIND entering our home so check your baggage, please! 

The rent will be $600+ utilities (approx. $80-90 a month). We would prefer a longer-term roommate but are open to negotiations if you are amazing enough ;) The location is perfect - it's 1 block away from the Western Blue Line and a street away from Harrison (7 bus) Its less than a mile from Rush, (cook county) Stroger hospital and UIC west campus. The UIC shuttle comes close by if you want to take that to the east campus. Its a 5 min walk to Taylor Street where you have a lot of places to eat, drink and hangout. 

Regarding the house itself - Its a 3 BR 2 bath, gated 3-flat garden apartment with a huge outdoor space where you can hangout and have a BBQ or play with the aminals. It has an oven/microwave/fridge/dish washer/coffee maker with a washer/dryer in-unit !! (we love this) We are really happy with this place and we moved in a little over a year ago. We are looking for someone to take the 3rd room which is fully furnished, has a closet, bed, nightstand, TV, desk and desk chair. If you're interested, please shoot me an email!!
