주간묵상 25-48

<성경 리모델링>

과학의 발달로

이역만리 먼 곳에 있는 친구와도

보고 듣고 말 할 수 있는 시대.

얼마 전까지만 해도

상상도 못할 일들, 그러나

앞으로 AI가 보편화 되면

어떠한 세상이 될지?

우주공간에 가득한

무수한 소리, 무수한 영상,

무한한 정보, 무한한 자료들.

라디오, TV, 핸드폰, 컴퓨터 등

장비가 있어야만 다운하여

보고 듣고 활용할 수 있다.

무수한 정보들이 넘쳐도

주파수가 맞지 않거나,

채널이 다르거나,

웹의 점 하나라도 틀리면,

아무리 비싼 기기라도 불통.

성경은 하나님을 볼 수도 있고,

하나님의 음성을 들을 수도 있고,

하나님과 대화를 나눌 수도 있고,

하나님의 품에 안길 수도 있고,

천사처럼 천국을 왕래할 수도 있는

영적 과학만능장비.

성경은 성령으로 제작된 천국장비,

고로 성령으로만 정상동작 가능.

과학이나 철학이나 문학이나

그 어떤 지식과 지혜로도 불가능.

나는 외국인근로자선교를 할 때,

설교를 영어로 미리 녹음하고

예배 중 내국인을 위해

한국어로 설교를 해도

외국인은 영어원고를 보며

이어폰으로 영어설교를 들을 수 있도록

부품명세서 없이 구두로 주문하여

부품을 사서 도면 없이 앰프를 제작하고

이어폰 시스템을 의자에 설치.

정확한 전자공학 원리대로 했기에

스위치를 켜면 정상동작.

지금 같으면 ‘달인’ 프로그램에

배짱부리며 출연했을지도-

전기앰프 조립제작 시

하나라도 불량부품이 있거나,

배선 한 가닥이라도

잘 못 연결하면,

먹통이 되거나

‘펑’ 하고 재가 될 수도-.

하나님의 음성은 우렛소리와도 같아

고막으로 들을 수 없고,

하나님의 형상은 번개와도 같아

눈으로 볼 수 없고,

오직 성경을 통해서만 가능.

그러나 성경을 임의로 해석하면

부품이나 배선 하나만 잘 못되어도

전자기기가 먹통이 되듯--

마음이 청결하면 하나님을 볼 수 있고,

심령이 가난하면 천국을 소유할 수 있고,

화평케 하면 하나님의 아들이 될 수 있으니

성경은 천국도 기쁨도 행복도

감사도 무궁무진한 보물창고.

흑암이 가득한가?

혼돈하고 공허한가?

영적주파수가 변했거나,

영적채널이 틀어졌거나,

영적부품이나 배선에 이상이 생겼거나,

영적 웹의 점 하나가 빠졌을 수도-.

성령센터에서 성경을 리모델링하자!

〈Bible Remodeling〉

With the advance of science,

we now live in an age where we can see, hear,

and speak with friends living far across the world—

things we could not even imagine

until just a short while ago.

But what kind of world will unfold

when AI becomes fully universal?

The universe is filled with

countless sounds, countless images,

endless information, limitless data.

Yet unless we have the proper devices—

a radio, TV, mobile phone, or computer—

we cannot download, see, hear,

or make use of any of it.

Even with endless information overflowing,

if the frequency is off,

if the channel is different,

or if even a single dot in a web address is wrong,

the most expensive device becomes useless.

The Bible is an all-powerful spiritual instrument

through which we can behold God,

hear His voice,

converse with Him,

rest in His embrace,

and even come and go like angels

between heaven and earth.

The Bible is a heavenly instrument

crafted by the Holy Spirit;

therefore, it operates properly

only through the Holy Spirit.

Science, philosophy, literature—

no human wisdom or knowledge

can unlock it.

When I served in ministry for foreign workers,

I would pre-record my sermons in English.

During worship I preached in Korean

for the local congregation,

yet foreign workers could read the English script

and listen to the English sermon

through earphones.

Without even a parts list,

I verbally ordered components,

assembled the amplifier without a circuit diagram,

and installed the earphone system on the chairs.

Because I followed the exact principles

of electronic engineering,

it worked perfectly as soon as the switch was flipped.

If it were today, I might have dared

to appear on a “master craftsman” TV program.

But in assembling an electric amplifier,

if even a single component is faulty,

or even one wire is misconnected,

the whole system becomes silent

or explodes into ashes with a “pop.”

The voice of God is like thunder—

it cannot be heard by the eardrum.

The image of God is like lightning—

it cannot be seen by the human eye.

Only through the Bible is it possible.

But if we interpret the Bible arbitrarily,

even one mistaken “component” or “wire”

can render the entire spiritual device useless—

just like an electronic machine.

When the heart is pure, we can see God.

When the spirit is poor, we inherit heaven.

When we make peace, we become God’s children.

Thus the Bible is an endless treasure house

of heaven, joy, happiness,

and overflowing gratitude.

Is darkness filling your soul?

Is it chaotic or empty within?

Perhaps your spiritual frequency has shifted,

your spiritual channel has been altered,

a spiritual component or wire has failed,

or a single dot in your spiritual web address

has gone missing.

Let us remodel our Bible

at the Holy Spirit Service Center!
