1. seems to부정사 구문은 '~인 것 같다., ~처럼 보인다.'라는 추측의 의미이다.

주어+seem(s) to+ehdtkdnjsgud->It sems that+주어 +동사~

주어+seemes to+동사원형->It seemed that+주어+동사의 과거형~

ex)She seems to be worried about something.

=It seems that she is worried about something.

2.seem to 뒤에 be동사가 오면 보통 to be를 생략하여<seem+형용사[명사]>의 구문이 된다.

ex)She seems (to be) very sleepy today.(그녀는 오늘 매우 졸려 보인다.)

현재 시점에서 과거의 일을 추측할 때는 <It seems that+주어 +동사의 과거형> 또는 <주어+seem(s) to Have+과거분사>이다.

ex.They seems to have mde a mistake.(그들은 실수를 했던 것 같다)
