At Invictus we provide CPD training for all staff and believe that it should be inspiring, useful, personalised and above all engaging. A day where teachers come together to discuss strategies for improvement and this was the focus on the our CPD day when Daphne Tablizo our year 4 Joy teacher helped deliver a workshop to teachers in the Primary school on the Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) methodology in mathematics, utilizing White Rose Maths resources. This training reinforced our commitment to fostering deep conceptual understanding among students. By integrating White Rose Maths strategies, our teachers will be better equipped to deliver engaging, structured, and scaffolded math lessons that support students in developing confidence and fluency in mathematical reasoning.
