환자는 바로 누웠고 우리는 보통의 드레이프( 수술부위만 남기고 소독 면을 덮는)를 했다.

우리는 우측 무릎보다 윗 쪽으로 지혈대를 감앗다.

앞.비같족으로 5 mm의 절개를 했다.

With arthroscope, there was a medial plica, so we resected it

We found MM and LM were intact.

ACL and PCL was intactAfter copious irrigation,we sutured layer by layer.

관절경으로 보니 내측 주름이 있었다. 그래서 분리했다.

내측,외측 반월상연골은손상이 없었다.

전방, 후방 십자인대도 온전했다. 물로 많이 씻어내고 층층이 봉합했다.

Compressive dressing was applied.

압박 드레싱(붕대 싸매기)을 했다.

Simutaneously, we applied the tourniqueet on left proximal thigh.

동시에 좌측 무릎보다 위쪽에 지혈대를 감았다.

We made 5mm anterolateral potal incision.

앞, 외측으로 5mm의 입구 절개를 했다.

With arthroscope, there was no medial plica.

관절경상, 내측 주름은 없었다.

We found MM and LM were intact. ACL and PCL was intact.

내측,외측 반월상연골은손상이 없었다.

전방, 후방 십자인대도 온전했다.

With probe,We confirmed chondromalacia patellae.

푸르브( 탐침, 바늘모양으로 넣어서 보는 기구) 로 보아

슬개골 연골 연화증을 확인했다.(연골이 약한 무릎을 보았다.)

After copious irrigation. we sutured layer by layer.

물로 많이 씻어내고 층층이 봉합했다

Compressive Dressing was applied.

압박 드레싱을 했다.
