3 Sound 소리 내라 the trumpets 나팔을 and start 시작하라 [the New Moon 월삭 Festival 축제를].
We 우리는 must also 또한 celebrate 축하해야 한다 /when 그때 the moon 달이 is full 보름달일 때.
* the new moon ; new Moon” when our Moon's orbit around Earth moves it between Earth and the Sun.
From Earth, the Moon's surface looks dark because the illuminated side is facing away from Earth.
* Rosh Chodesh – Hebrew for “head of the month” – is the monthly holiday that celebrates the arrival of the new moon,
marking the start of a new month in the Jewish calendar. Because each lunar month is 29.5 days,
the Jewish calendar “splits the difference”: some months are 29 days and others 30.
4
For this is required /by the decrees of Israel;
it is a regulation of the God of Jacob.
4
For 왜냐면 this 이것은 is required 요구된 때문이다 /by the decrees 규례로 of Israel 이스라엘의;
it 그것은 is a regulation 율례이다 of the God 하나님의 of Jacob 야곱의.
* for 격식= because 비격식
* Decree ; 규례, 제사/절기법, (시행령/조례와 유사함)
* Regulation ; a rule that guides or limits social behavior. 행동을 통제하는 규칙 면에서의 율법
* 성경에 계명, 율례, 법도, 규례 등등의 명칭이 쓰이나 각각의 단어가 쓰이는 상황/배경이 다를 뿐 다 같은 율법이고
* CEV

and it was given /to us /by the God of Jacob.

* 부역 부정사구, /to set us free. = in order to set us free
